I purchased three of these desktops for the sole purpose of running fortnite for my kids. They’re little so I didn’t want to spend $1000 on a computer for them, so settled for these at $449 on Black Driday. Within two weeks, two of the three computers were running extremely loud, would freeze, and eventually just shut off. This isn’t normal. Best Buy wanted me to bring it in for repair an hour away - no thanks, they’re all brand new and shouldn’t need repair. This model must be no good since I had two separate ones fail. I’ll be returning ASAP and hopefully Best Buy will make it right by giving me a deal on pricing on another computer to match the Black Friday sales prices i missed since I bought these defective pieces of junk. I mean come on, the computers are brand new!

Now it doesn’t want to turn on, I open the box, move a couple wires and poof it comes on, until it goes to sleep, then doesn’t want to come on, now it’s not coming on at all. It’s got power, but not booting.

Baught the only one available from display. A bit disappointed on the fact that my LED lights flicker on a certain color & had finger prints everywhere on it when I opened box. Overall I enjoy my item.

This build does not have an internal wifi card but it is listed that it has a port to be upgraded. The external Wifi adapter it comes with is garbage. It drops connections constantly, I can get through 5 minutes of a youtube video before it drops the connection. My plan was simply to buy a standard PCI-E internal wifi card and install it myself. I can't because the graphics card is so large that it completely covers the only available port. I can't move the graphics card because there is a cable attached to the motherboard that doesn't leave enough space to use the other port that is compatible with the graphics card. The specifications may as well not even list the PCI-E port because it isn't usable. If that wasn't annoying enough, the computer has recently started randomly crashing and restarting itself without warning. I have nothing installed that could cause this. There are much better choices for PCs at good prices. Avoid this one.

It's a good PC that can run smoothly sometimes but most of the times it would run at 40fps. For 580 dollars it isn't worth it. Could be better but everything has its flaws.

I am not happy with this pc, I try running games such as fortnite and other games and I can't go 30 minutes without crashing, and also the pc sometimes crashes on its on even when nothing is taking up the cpu. And these specs are not worth 600 dollars. First of all, we are getting 8 gb of DDR3 ram which is outdated ram and we are paying for a 150 dollar gpu/cpu so overall this pc should be worth like 350 dollars but is put at almost double the price, I want my money back.

Not really to today’s standards, owned for 3 years and it’s a bit slow.

So I wanted an entry level computer for games and then also one that I could use for revit for school. Worked pretty well for the first month but then one day I turned it off as I was visiting home for the weekend and now it turns on but the monitor, keyboard and mouse won't work. Now Im out of a computer for the last couple of weeks of school.

This build put simply is too low spec to be running the latest titles. If you want a PC for gaming you may want to look elsewhere as this computer has A. Not been able to hit solid 60 fps on even some older titles. B. Can't run about 75% of new games at a decent fps. and C. DONT BUY AMD BUDGET BUILDS! You will honestly regret it. If you want a quality experience switch to NVIDIA and Intel. Short and simple.

Never had more complaints in my life it works great at first and you start playing games on it after the second week it’s terrible it freezes all the time mind u have only fortnite and overwatch downloaded it goes down to 1 FPS it is a complete waste of money my schools computer genuinely runs better than this
