I regret buying this model.

Thanks for reaching out - we are sorry to hear the PC did not live up to your expectations. We do want to mention this is a entry level system, however, it is capable of running modern PC games. When running a game be sure to adjust its graphical settings, some games default preset for a GPU may not be enough. Also do not forget to update the video card's drivers as it can increase performance. NEVER AGAIN!! A complete Joke!!

Then finally the motherboard went within 4 months. And don't even think for a minute Cyberpower will help you with the warranty! The tech people have no idea what they are doing! They gave me the runaround so bad for soooo long, I decided to take it in myself, if my son was ever going to use it again. I have never come across a more incompetent company. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.Buy at your own risk!!!!!

Terrible Machine

When I first unwrapped it I knew it was going to be terrible. It's not built for streaming at all because the motherboard is garbage. At best best buy you have 14 days for you to find out it was bad, but started messing up 3 weeks afterwards. Lady then tells me its 30 days for return and I go back they say that its 14. That's my fault for not reading the receipt. All on in all don't buy this machine just do the upgrade to the omen.

Not what I expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer this morning it is very loud, and did not have a built-in Wi-Fi, you would have to manually install it. And I can't get the graphics card to fit my monitor's resolution its either too little or too big. I will be returning this computer tommorow such a disappointment because of all the good reviews.

Beware

Tried using doing Windows Update but it was impossible to do so when nothing shows up to click on. Tried to restore it but it always fail. Sent it to Best Buy and had to pay $199 to get it fixed. Hopefully it will.

Ever since day one I've had constant "blue screens of death" cause but faulty assembly, damaged hardware, etc. This is one of the cheapest desktops to buy on best buy for a reason. Please of you are buying this as a gift, don't as it will cause more headaches than it's worth.

Cyberpower GUA1600BST don't let the low price fool

The boot up process will loop. Windows 10 may or may not load. Learn to do restore if you are getting this. The Fx-6300 cpu is like going back in time. Please think of purchasing a different computer if you treasure your health!

Save Your Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this computer thinking COOL the kids will love this be able to do their school work on a cool computer and minecraft when they are done.....yep nope i bought it on a friday ,,,,sunday night it did a bunch of windows updates.....monday morning the red screen crashes started.....then the windows Ooops something went wrong crashes started....they have yet to stop and bestbuy has been less than helpful do not buy this computer i should have known from the more expensive cyberpower i own it was not worth the money

waste of money

Constant fps-drops, and you'll always have low fps even if you have the lowest video settings in the game. My old Macbook ran games better than this. Do NOT purchase it.

The GPU installed is capable of doing so running each game in a varying degree of graphical settings. Still A Peice Of Garbage

All I can say is I dont remember getting a discount for the thing being broken. It has not worked properly 1 time. And if I get a response saying "oH SorRy We cAnT hELP YoU". Fix your Crap or give this kinda Crap for way less money. $600 for a hunk of junk worthless peice of Crap! thank u good bye.

Keeps Blue Screening

It blue screens probably like once every two days. I only use this PC for playing a few steam games and league of legends and school, so I feel like I don't have any malware. I will update this review if the problems resolve

Purchased a headache
