Id like to start by saying this is my personal experience. I may have received a defective devices, so keep that in mind. In no way shape or form do i blame Best Buy.The computer gave me a lot of issues during set up. It would only connect to the monitor for about 5 seconds then disconnect. After trying for hours it finally stayed connect. Another issue I still am having is the computer freezes randomly. Happens 2 to 3 times a week. I tried to contact the manufacturer but when you call their line it gives you a busy signal. They also have a spot on the website that you can request them to contact you. I tried that and the very next day I got an email asking me if I was satisfied with the service received. I responded and said no one contacted me. They still haven't contacted me. Its been a couple weeks. Overall when the computer doesn't freeze, it is a decent computer. The only reason I leave this review is so you know what kind of company manufacturers this product.

A wonderful entry level PC for anyone looking to get into PC gaming

This pc runs fortnite, valorant, and GTA 5 really well and it is smooth. The reason for the 4 star not five, is because when it arrived the pc didn’t have an airbag inside to protect the components but luckily nothing was damaged.

Great for beginners but beware those beginners advance super quick. 2 months in my son needed something faster. Recommend you do research before investing. Highly recommend saving and purchasing something that will last longer as far as speed and ram go.

i love all the RGB lighting! On top of that the system can handle most of my 4K video editing projects and really surprised me with gaming. Overall well rounded system and very upgrade-able in the future due to the AMD processor.

It's a good entry gaming computer for someone like myself. Runs most games I have played smoothly, with high detail. My only caveat would be its boot up time, man I wait sometimes up to 10 minutes for it to start up. Sometimes it does freeze up on me randomly shortly after starting it. Hopefully I can fix the problem. I'm going to add more Ram to it.

This is the first desktop I've bought in over 10 years (and the second desktop I've ever bought overall), and it looks super cool! Instructions are pretty clear, the keyboard + mouse look nice, and the ARGB fans are pretty astonishing for a first-time buyer of a gaming PC.
