Great for the price, perfect for a starter pc although it could be better if it had 16gb of ram instead of only 8. Delivered on time and in pristine condition.

Gaming machine for my son. Bought for the decent components (for the price). Not too bad to set up—though needed to reseat the HD. Nice looking tower. Still need to put it through its paces. So far so good though...

First new computer in almost ten years. There is a weird white cord antenna that will boost your internet connection, but it didn't say anything in the start up guide.

All around good starting pc with room to upgrade can run most games on very high graphics settings no problem. Very good pc so far and set it up in under 10 mins.

I have only had this a few days, but seems to be running all my games with incredible ease. The only reason it is only 4 stars for me is because there is no optical drive to install games I already have on disk.

A good, solid computer for the money. It is exactly what I wanted, and it has been very good so far. It is not MORE than I expected, which is why I am not giving it 5 stars, but I would recommend it to others.

Needs so much internet speed to run in the slightest. My internet is decent and can’t even run twitch without it stopping every 2 seconds. Can watch videos at 4k and can run multiple sites at a time.

It has been over a year since I have ordered this PC, and I am overall pleased with the purchase. However, I realized that in order to stream and play games with higher demand; that I would need to upgrade certain parts to this prebuild. I eventually upgraded the vRAM by adding another 4GB identical stick, and I have also upgraded the CPU to a Ryzen 5 3600. I am now looking to upgrade the GPU but am curious as to what the power supply is, so that I can determine if I need to upgrade that as well.

This pc came in 2 days before it was supposed to, super easy to set up really nice look and great few too it thank you best buy and thank you cyberpower!

This is my first gaming pc and I just wanted something basic. I think it’s pretty overpriced but it is a good PC for people that aren’t hardcore gamers

I have been using my gaming system for photography for the last 3 monthis, let me tell you, its been amazing, the graphics card works really awesome with photos

Only complaint is that the numbers on the keyboard didn't all work. Luckily we had another keyboard to use in the meantime. Will change this review to a 5 star if return/exchange of the keyboard is an easy one.

I purchased this for my son at Christmas and he loves it. Best Christmas gift he received! I recommend this computer for anyone’s child wanting a gaming computer!

Good computer but not packaged well. Glass panel not protected. Unable to setup wii-fi and stuck using Ethernet cable. Internet and programs run very fast.

While I am not the most computer savvy, I've I've seen what the really high-end gaming computers are like, and this is a nice start to get into it.
