Great Budget System, but one thing flawed about it

Very disappointed

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 1 of these towers and it worked ok until I went to upgrade the ram..turns out it had a bad motherboard and the 2nd ram slot was dead..took it back and they said they could either refund the money or exchange it for a duplicate..fair enough these things happen and I am wanting a pc so I have them order a replacement as they do not have it in stock..a week later I get the replacement in and during updating it starts crashing..after looking at the event logs I see it has been having issues and errors dating back 6 months..after speaking to a geek squad supervisor he confirms my suspicion that I was sent a refurbished unit at the same price as a new model And advises me to return it..today I took it back to the store in hopes 3rd time is the charm. they told me they can’t get a replacement for that model now and our only option is to take a refund or pay for an upgraded model as they will not price match another model even though they have now sent me 2 defective units and are Now unable to hold up their end of the exchange policy. I have taken the refund will be going elsewhere to get a pc
