    Computer ran well for an hour but now we need to take it to be repairwd because it wasnt put together correctly and stopped working after an hour.

    Works really good for the price but I recommend getting at least the ryzen 5 if you’re trying to use it for light gaming.

    I have had this pc for 3 months now and it has been giving me networks problems lately and it hasn’t been working as fast as it should be however my other sons pc it’s WiFi works perfectly fine with 200+ mbps while with this pc it’s give my son 20 mbps making it very laggy to the point where he can’t play this has happened about 6 times and now every time he logs on he experiences the same issue in demand of money back!

    Great PC, but keyboard keys stick

    A bunch of my keyboard keys are stuck which is really frustrating. Mouse and PC are great so far, and the PC has room to grow and update.

    The desktop is nice and my son loves the colors, but the mouse buttons that change the color of the mouse broke the first day

    Not perfect for bigger games.

    If you want to run big games, move along to another prebuilt. I originally got this pc for work and play but it could barely handle playing anything. I quickly moved over to building my own PC in the end. Not worth if you want to stream, play triple A games, or have a good time. The WIFI chip never even worked and no matter how many replacements they would send me, it would be a dud.

    I gave it 3 because some of the headlights kept turning for some reason. Also it didn’t even have good instructions, which I was lost .

    Returned SSD due to failure. It was replaced with a SSD that was faulty. Had to buy my own to get it to work.

    When it works, it’s great. But it keeps crashing! And of course, Best Buy only has a 15 day warranty. So basically, if you want to spend $700 on a paperweight, this is the computer for you.

    BE CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING !!

    I never write bad reviews but this deserves a review. The first time I bought it there was nothing showing up on monitor, tried 3 different monitor and knew it was just an unlucky pc so I returned it and got ANOTHER one . The 2nd one was working fine for a day until a blue screen of death came up. The 3rd day, this blue screen keep showing up after booting up and the computer wouldn't even allow you to pass the log in screen. Blue screen error showed there was memory ram defect. So I removed the ram and put it back in same spot, and the computer wouldn't even turn on the monitor just like the FIRST PC!! Any computer would turn on fine replacing the ram stick but this computer is something else.... I have purchased a pricier $1100 from cyberpower 2 months ago and so far so good but the $600 model ones like this PC are just a bunch of issues! Go read the recent 1 star comments, there's like 7 other reviews with the same problem as me.... this same month! I don't get it ! waste of time.

    We bought this pc for our daughter for Christmas. Hooked up on Christmas. The unit worked fine until last night. In the middle of using it the pc powered off and would not turn on. Contacted cyberpower pc and they want us to ship it to California from Illinois at our expense. This is a large expense. If I would have known this I would have purchased a different brand.

    Constantly loses signal to monitors. All AMD drivers updated, card re-seated, connectors secure... Go to the CyberPowerPC forum and you'll see this is a problem for many folks. Oh, the gpu fan stops spinning shortly after turning on PC. So GPU is probably overheating and shuts down...

    Out of box, no display. Display only works with displayport cable with striations on screen. OS will not boot, goes to recovery mode. No HDMI ports work on video card. Pulled video card, no display from VGA or HDMI ports. Best buy would not send my product back to manufacturer claiming they do not work with this manufacturer (yet this is who I bought it from!) Paid an extra $100 to personally ship it back to the manufacturer under the warranty, hoping they can send me back a working computer. Super dissapointed!!!! Never buying a CyberPower PC again. Do not reccomend to anyone.
