    The power supply that I replaced was set to mess up eventually after extensive use. So if you got like 60 bucks buy a better psu, and after a while you should upgrade the other stuff too because for its price it should've been somewhat better. I didn't use the included stuff so I don't know too much about that.

    Don't waste your money

    It worked well for a few months, and then the GPU started crashing. You couldn't even start the computer up for a while without it crashing. It refused to recognize a monitor was attached, and you would have to power cycle it several times for it to eventually start loading. Then as soon as you start doing anything the GPU crashes, screen goes haywire, and then cuts out. Computer itself stays running, but won't recognize any of the peripherals.

    DEFECTIVE, NO VIDEO OUTPUT.

    Just picked up this system 3 hours ago and unpacked it, plug everything in and it does not work. When I first hit the power button it did something very strange, the fans and lights came on and went right back off multiple times. Almost like a short in the power supply or faulty motherboard. I unplugged it, waited, then plugged it back in and the power stayed on but provided no video output to the monitor. Nothing posted. I checked every connection including the video card, motherboard, hard drives and everything was seated and connected properly. All power connections to the motherboard, video card, and hard drives were properly connected. All SATA cables were connected. System would not post and had no video output. I tried 2 different DVI cables and 2 different HDMI cable and nothing.

    I like the PC, but there are some flaws with it! It’s only going to cap you at 60 fps. Including the mothers board sucks.. I had to buy a new phone and kinda upgrade it to its best performance.. so if you want a console this is the same thing!! This is on fortnite only.. gta crashes a lot!!

    Good PC bad customer service/missing parts

    The PC is very good, can run games on ultra/epic graphics. Very nice for gaming, not entirely sure why others say its only “beginner” level when it’s really good for gaming. Sure you could always get something “better” (although Im not sure what better would be) but unless you’re doing national championships that are televised why spend even more money? HOWEVER the keyboard came missing keys (no where in the packaging or anywhere else) and their customer service rep wouldn’t answer the complaint for that, but focused on another issue I had. So now I have a keyboard without all the buttons. The keyboard isn’t good anyway so I plan on replacing it but I would like to have everything I paid for.

    PC stopped working

    The PC stopped working after around 1 month of use, I knew the problem (the PSU was fried) and got a new power supply and fixed it. However for someone who has never had any experience with building computers that would be a big problem.

    Do not buy this pc if you want to play Fortnite Because none of the stuff Renders in when your playing pubs it runs at 144 Hz in creative only but regular games it’s trash so if I were you I would save up money and get a better PC than this

    Dead on arrival

    Out of the box there were fat lines of static on the display and the system wouldn't boot the pre-installed OS. Re-seating the boards and re-plugging the cables had no effect. Customer support has been responsive, but at a glacial rate (multiple business days between contacts). The current status is that they've asked us to ship the unit back "for maintenance" at our own expense. I understand the challenges of shipping large products, and I'm somewhat sympathetic about the problem of working during a pandemic, but for this amount of money I expect a new, working, first-quality machine, and it shouldn't take multiple months to get that.

    Problem after problem

    Never heard of this brand of computer so thought I'd give it a try since it has decent specs. On the box it even says 'play ready'. First time booting up the computer I get a 'boot drive missing' prompt. Took it back to Best Buy and they got it working properly. Exactly two weeks later, the graphics card burns out. Thank goodness it broke today since it was the last day to return it. Be warned that on the back of the tower it states "all parts have been tested individually but not as a whole assembled system."

    We bought this pc, got it in the mail, and one rgb fan didnt work, and the windows didnt have a license key. so they had us send it back and got a brand new one. Not only did it have different components from the first one, but the audio didnt work at all. we where told to re-install windows to fix the issue. then after having geeksquad remote into my pc, they found the motherboard was bad. two pcs with horrible issues in a row, not even the same components like I said, and we ended up returning it. HORIBLE experiance. my girlfriend almost lost intrest in a gaming pc because of this desktop. i didnt expect the best, just for it to work

    Missing item

    I do not recommend anyone purchase anything from CyberPower PC. Opened the box to find missing wifi antennas. Called CyberPower PC and no one answered after 20 minutes and it went to voicemail. I left my information and did not receive a call back. I called Best Buy and they would only offer to return the entire PC and then order another, which took over a week for the first one to come in. I ended up going to Amazon, which was recommended by Best Buy, to purchase the piece that was missing. Thank you Best Buy and CyberPower for making a combined effort to lose a customer, well done indeed.

    Don't be fooled by the good reviews! This company and their costumer service sucks! I was given this computer as a gift, picked it up, set it up put all of my information on it for one of the drives to fail! couldn't boot into windows thus stuck at a black screen telling me to select a boot device. Called Cyberpower PC and they had me try to take the PC apart to fix things and didn't even know where the parts were on their own computer, returned it the next day for the same thing to happen to this one. Will not be buying from Cyberpower PC ever again. BestBuy was very much great, and helped me get the money back.

    Will not detect monitor

    I purchased this computer twice for my son’s birthday and both models were defective. The first wouldn’t detect the mouse or the monitor. The second doesn’t power up right and also would not detect monitor. Very disappointing as my 10-year-old was very excited. Trying to figure out our next step
