not good

Had it all set up was running really good then all of a sudden the monitor had no connection with the tower? Checked connections and everything was connected properly. Finally got the connection to the monitor again only to have the tower shut down out of nowhere and reset. So I am waiting for the tower to power on again. I start browsing the net and then it Shut down AGAIN gave me an error message. Returned the tower today switched it out for a dell. Never again will I buy or recommend CyberPowerPC.

Bad experience even worsr costumer servise

Video Signal/Customer Service

I have to reseat the video card in order for it to work. FYI.. You have to send the computer/hardware back before they will send you a new or repaired computer. Turn around time is 3 weeks to a month. Don't buy a cyberpower pc because you save a couple hundred. They make you pay to ship the computer back even though it is under warranty. The cost of being without a computer and shipping ends up costing you more. I have purchased many Dell computers and never had a single issue.

Stopped working after two days

It worked for two days before it wouldn’t boot up and the lights/fan would try to power on before failing. My husband tried several different troubleshooting ideas but nothing worked. We returned it within the return window but here we are almost two weeks since it was delivered to the return center and no word from Best Buy. My husband found several instances online with new CyberPC’s failing because of faulty power supplies. I’ve very disappointed with this purchase and would really like to have my refund!!

Hung on a black screen with a cursor. Followed troubleshooting tips on line.. Worked once. Tried to reset=fail, Restore=fail, Remove updates =fail. Called CyberPower Support=busy signal. Gave up and returned it to BestBuy today. Good thing I saved the box. Will try to find something more dependable. Same computer is now $649 at BestBuy. Go figure, Wish I could afford another Alienware/Dell. On line options were to start checking connections of components? Too much trouble even if I knew how to do it

Usually, doing a clean install of the Operating System fixes this issue. Good cheap computerwith issues

Poorly made

So bad I returned it

Only recognized one. Tried display options and reboot. No dice. Moved one of the monitors to the VGA port and tried again, Still didn't detect the monitor. Tried just one monitor in the VGA. Nope. Went online to look up the user's guide since it doesn't come with one. The manufacturer's website said my model number didn't exist. REALLY? To top it all, it ships with two backup DVDs, but doesn't have a DVD drive! Returned it. I will NEVER buy a CyberPowerPC again.

The CD's are back up drivers provided by the manufacturer of the components, which can also be downloaded from the manufacturer's website The case may not allow for an internal drive to be installed, however, you can purchase an external disc drive. In order to get display, you will need to connect your monitors to your video card ports, not your motherboard ports. Newer video cards do not support VGA as they primarily use a mix between HDMI, DVI, or DisplayPort ports. If you are trying to run dual monitors, you will need to use the available ports on the video card. If you only have one HDMI port on your video card, again, you will need to use the other available ports on the video card, being a mix between HDMI, DVI or DisplayPort. Great system till now...

I heard a audible loud pop and then nothing, since it was the weekend currently waiting for CyberPower to open their customer support to even talk to them about what happened. My number 1 recommendation if you get this system is to get best buy protection on it and not to hesitate on that one bit, when it was running was a great system, but now at the current moment is a $600 paperweight just after 4 months use.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This PC I must admit it did take longer than expected to arrive at my home was not Worth the $600 my grandpa spent on it because as soon as I fully set it up it already gave me problems on the first thing I did on the desktop it keeps disconnecting from the internet randomly and it takes about 2 to 3 hours to connect back and sometimes it takes a whole day I tried everything even buying a new router I've had this PC since July and it still gives me Wi-Fi problems

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

In December, 2 weeks after purchase, this PC’s power supply died. I did not purchase a warranty so I had to go through the manufacture for repair. Took 2 months to receive a new power supply. Today, I received the blue screen of death. I’m not even going to put effort into fixing this PC anymore, because I can see I’m in for a long haul of issues. I purchased an Alien Ware to replace this. Save your money and get a better brand with warranty:(

Overall a good computer for 2019

I recently upgraded it to a 5600x, a rx 6650xt, and i added a m.2 2tb for more storage. The motherboard is rather limited for upgrades but for a causal gamer it works perfectly. And i got it sale during black friday in 2019. Overall good!

I got two of them and both time had to return it do to a bad graphics card. A google search will show an extreme percentage of these come faulty out of the box with the most common problem being incapable of sending a signal to the monitor. Spend a lil extra and get a better more reliable PC. This one of it works is good though.

One HDMI port? Ehhh not so great.

Only one HDMI port, so you can't do a dual monitor setup (which I really didn't plan to, but it sucks to not have the option). I wouldn't buy anything like this if you knew what you were doing.
