    Worked, now it won’t turn on.

    When first bought it ran exactly how it should and it was great. I used some of my savings so i could have some entertainment throughout the quarantine. Then all of a sudden after two months it just wouldn’t turn on. It has to be the power supply because not even a fan will turn. I hope no one has the same outcome. It is ridiculous to pay the money and only get a month and a half of usage.

    I recently purchased a computer from this brand and I would like to say that I am quite pleased with the purchase and am definitely looking forward to the future of gaming with this computer. I have only had it for a short time but from what I've been able to see- it is definitely good for the price and is able to run more then I ever could. Overall 10/10 would definitely purchase more from this brand.

    Waited a week for it to get shipped to me...was very excited for it just for all of the ports to not work and it not being in stock anymore so I couldn't get a new one..so it's just a big waste of time that lasted a month from the first time it got automatically cancelled If your gonna buy this I hope your PC won't be defective like how mine was..I had high Hope's for it

    Best Buy has lost a customer

    My teenaged daughter saved for this gaming PC and less than 6 months after she purchased it, it has stopped working. Unfortunately, she was naive enough to believe BestBuy would not sell her a defective computer so she didn’t buy a warranty plan. She used this for school and will now be scrambling to find a way to access her classes. Do not waste your money on this item.

    Bad lighting problem

    I bought this for my son he was very excited and didn’t care about the lights not working. But I decided to take it back I can’t have something v that I bought brand new not functioning correctly ior having issues. I’m returning it for the bad lighting problem that lights never worked! The keyboard looks very cheap and like scratched. The mouse is pretty nice.

    This PC when it is working is an okay PC. But it turns off randomly with no notice and it freezes all the time. Would stay far away from this PC

    This is not a Best Buy problem this is a CyberPower Pc problem. First of all the GPU was not even inside the pci slot all the way it’s like Someone just half did the job That’s the reason people are getting the no signal problem. Unfortunately is was too late To realize the GPU was not in all the way in fried the whole motherboard

    Glass shattered instantly

    We'll, just got this PC today! Excited to get started, I was carefully removing the glass from the computer and it shatters. It's still shattering and I haven't touch it since. Needless to say, I will be returning this product. If the glass can break that instantly, how easy will it be for the parts inside to break as well.

    i’ve had this pc for a little over a year now. I don’t not recommend this to anybody. this may look good with all the RGB fans but it’s not. i bought this pc when i knew nothing about gaming pcs and i’ll tell you right now it’s not good. i’ve never seen over 100 fps on this thing.

    Purchased for my sons birthday , arrived and doesn’t even work . After calling tech support and Best Buy and everyone and there brother computer still doesn’t work . Now I have a very disappointed kid and I’m feeling like this was the worst purchase I’ve made in along time . Way too many of the same negative comments .

    Had it for two days and then hard drive failed

    Was great the two days it actually worked but then the hard drive failed. Just returned it and bought a different brand somewhere else. Saw this as a sign of potential future problems with it. Would not recommend, but of course people have great experiences with it so buy with caution. The lights were my favorite part about it

    I purchased this PC for my son. It arrived brand new out of the box and powered on but wouldn’t send a signal to the monitor. Once I googled the issue I found more reviews with the same complaint. I returned it and purchased a more pricey PC.

    Looks and runs great.... until the GPU crashes

    I was very excited to get this computer. I opened it up and turned it on, downloaded all my favorite games and it ran and looked like a dream. It wasn’t until maybe a week after I got this computer that the graphics card just stopped working. Unless I just got unlucky.... twice, this is not a reliable choice.

    Not sure what games other reviewers are playing but this computer is slow. 8 gigs of memory should be sufficient for roblox and Minecraft but there is not noticeable lag. Needs more memory, a better processor and better graphics card. Not worth it. Save your money and get one with better specs.

    6 month in keyboard failed, 7 month in mouse failed 2 years in hard drive failed. I have other computers that are older and they still work. not at all happy with the customer service provided. you would do better building your own computer.
