    Don't buy this if you want to use two monitors.

    It looks cool, it's fast enough for gaming, but despite all those ports, you can only connect one monitor the way it's configured out of the box. The version of bios it runs does not allow you to use the onboard graphics card in tandem with the Radeon card. This one is getting returned after hours trying to figure this issues out and trying to upgrade, then downgrade the bios, no luck.

    It Has Some Pros And Some Cons It Wont Run 144Hertz On Fortnite, Only If You Have All The Settings To Low. It Doesn’t Run Smooth On Warzone Either Because You Need To Have Everything Down To Low... Its Good For School And Some Stuff But Not Necessarily For Gaming...I Should Have Just Saved The Money For The PS5...

    First off, Best Buy was wonderful in helping me return this item and quickly gave me my money back. Sadly, it would not stay connected to my monitor and would go to no signal randomly while I was gaming or working. We tried all the solutions and it still did this, after researching the issue it seems to be a common motherboard or video card issue. We tested another monitor and it did the same thing and both monitors read my roommates PC perfectly fine with no issues. Cyberpower wanted me to pay for shipping to get it repaired under warranty. Just be cautious when purchasing and pay attention for this issue before you are out of your return window!

    Decent PC for price, bad part was taking it apart to make it work. Customer service for CyberpowerPC was great. Walked me through the process of repairing. Son loves it now!

    Very Sensitive and Defective

    My unit I believe was defective. First night the HDMI port would not work properly for nearly two hours. After getting it to work it would still act temperamental with even the slightest movements of the pc or even plugging in other wires. On my third day of ownership it overheated, as a whole I was not only unimpressed but disappointed with the lack of quality that even for only $600 was poor. Can not recommend this Product. The only reason this wasn’t a one star is because of the Best Buy Staff who made returning this product very easy and fast! Good job employees of Best Buy, Bad Product.

    I have had this pc for 3 months now and it has been giving me networks problems lately and it hasn’t been working as fast as it should be however my other sons pc it’s WiFi works perfectly fine with 200+ mbps while with this pc it’s give my son 20 mbps making it very laggy to the point where he can’t play this has happened about 6 times and now every time he logs on he experiences the same issue in demand of money back!

    If you want to run big games, move along to another prebuilt. I originally got this pc for work and play but it could barely handle playing anything. I quickly moved over to building my own PC in the end. Not worth if you want to stream, play triple A games, or have a good time. The WIFI chip never even worked and no matter how many replacements they would send me, it would be a dud.

    We bought this pc for our daughter for Christmas. Hooked up on Christmas. The unit worked fine until last night. In the middle of using it the pc powered off and would not turn on. Contacted cyberpower pc and they want us to ship it to California from Illinois at our expense. This is a large expense. If I would have known this I would have purchased a different brand.

    Constantly loses signal to monitors. All AMD drivers updated, card re-seated, connectors secure... Go to the CyberPowerPC forum and you'll see this is a problem for many folks. Oh, the gpu fan stops spinning shortly after turning on PC. So GPU is probably overheating and shuts down...

    The power supply that I replaced was set to mess up eventually after extensive use. So if you got like 60 bucks buy a better psu, and after a while you should upgrade the other stuff too because for its price it should've been somewhat better. I didn't use the included stuff so I don't know too much about that.

    I like the PC, but there are some flaws with it! It’s only going to cap you at 60 fps. Including the mothers board sucks.. I had to buy a new phone and kinda upgrade it to its best performance.. so if you want a console this is the same thing!! This is on fortnite only.. gta crashes a lot!!

    PC stopped working

    The PC stopped working after around 1 month of use, I knew the problem (the PSU was fried) and got a new power supply and fixed it. However for someone who has never had any experience with building computers that would be a big problem.

    Do not buy this pc if you want to play Fortnite Because none of the stuff Renders in when your playing pubs it runs at 144 Hz in creative only but regular games it’s trash so if I were you I would save up money and get a better PC than this

    Good cheap computerwith issues

    The computer itself is a great cheap computer for my teenager, however the tempered glass side panel came in not seperated from the bracket that holds it on. unable to keep it attached

    Terabyte means nothing if you can’t use it. I tried using other drive but won’t let me and uses my main 240 gig drive. Guess I’ll have to break it open and actually build it for myself.

    Turn the computer off and it continues to run. Has lightsome keyboard and mouse that do not shut off. Very energy efficient
