    No documentation. Necessary files to make restore media are not included. I'm waiting to see what kind of service I get from the manufacturer because Best Buy was no help. I'm kinda iffy on this purchase at this point.

    For the price it is not bad. My only real nit pick is that it is too loud and I would recommend upgrading the ram because 8gb might not be enough for most people.

    Just dose not work

    First off this is the third model of this pc that I've had to get because of broken parts. This pc preforms worse then my ps4 so I don’t see the point in even using this pc, at most I can get 30fps no matter what game I’m playing rather it be roblox or Apex. This system will also randomly change something that makes my screen either really bright or really dark. Overall this system is disfuctinal and you’ll be spending more time trying to get it to work then actually playing a game

    Great deal at first, worked great and now it does nothing but blue screen. Just out of warranty and diagnostic repair estimates are a 1/3 the cost of this black friday purchase, not including hardware. Do I take a chance on the repair or purchase another machine. No wonder this is no longer available.

    I can’t connect to the WiFi through Ethernet and my pc did not come with antennas so I cannot connect to it wirelessly.MISSING ANTENNAS

    This computer was pretty powerful but it broke within 48 hours. Just would not turn on at all. I'm guessing it's the power unit, but I don't have the time to figure this stuff out. Returning it for a full refund.

    We met online with a Best Buy representative to ask for advice on a computer for our son for school and gaming. They recommended this computer. It worked for 5 months. On December 5th, it completely crashed and the screen was black. Unusable. My son is a fully online student and this was terribly disruptive. We were left scrambling as so many computer are sold out. Contacted Best Buy and they were willing to look at it but we'd have to pay to have it fixed. After 5 months? Great. CyberPower was willing to fix it for free, but we had to spend $100 to ship it to them. We shipped it on December 6th. Today is January 18th. They still have it, and we have had no updates. I have no idea when or if we'll get it back. This was a huge investment for our family, and both Best Buy and CyberPower really let us down. This will be our last purchase from both. We're considering filing a Better Business Bureau claim against both.

    Had to return 2 times

    This pc caused many issues for me. When I first got it, plugged everything up, and turned it on, I made sure everything was plugged in securely and made sure I was in the right HDMI. Afterwards, I turned it on and my monitor kept saying no signal. I turned restarted the pc multiple times, but nothing helped. I even tried plugging my monitor into my Nintendo switch and there was absolutely no problem so I know it was nothing wrong the monitor. I then returned it and the next week I got a new one. With this one the pc basically kept restarting by it self and when I was actually on the pc the screen was constantly glitching and freezing. I am now returning this one because obviously this company is not consistent. I was very disappointed and angry.

    Brick out of box

    At this point beyond mad with both Cyber Power and Best Buy. After waiting 2 months for Best Buy to not fix the old Cyber Power PC they junked it out and gave me a credit to get a new one. First off none of the newer models are even comparable to the older models in which you have no DVD Drive or Card reader, so hard to play games if you can not input them. Had to buy an external DVD Drive. Second while the motherboard and power console supports 2 additional hard drives there is no bays for them like in older models. Third and most important is the New computer brand new out of box that took a week to come in to replace the defective computer was a brick out of box. The pretty lights on the fans come on but computer does not boot, does not recognize any monitor or TV in the house (9 in total) that work on every other computer in the house. At this point ready to throw the stupid thing out a window. Had to schedule an appointment to return the next day.

    DEAD OUT OF THE BOX

    What a disappointment. Purchased as a Christmas gift. The pc was dead straight out of the box. Spent the majority of Christmas day trying to figure out what was the problem--which it was not recognizing the monitor. Tried switching between HDMI cable to DVI cable--nothing. The day after Christmas, I waited on hold with Cyberpower (understandable since they were likely swamped with issues like mine), only to be told by Cyberpower to take it back to Best Buy. Best Buy was good about the return but did indicate they have a fair amount of these computers which are returned for performance issues. When you read the other reviews where people have problems upon start up, it really speaks to the lack of quality control in the manufacturing. I would never buy another Cyberpower pc because it should work right out of the box, even a value pc.
