    My son thought it was very cool. It keeps getting hot and shutting down. I expected Best Buy to offer some type of assistance because it is not 30 days old. I literally have not even received the credit card bill for it. I realize they did not make it but they sale it and it is less than a month Old. BB was more like should have bought the GeeK Squad protection asked for a manager that was ignored. Very disappointing that my kids Christmas present can be used and that BB was oh well we just sell it. If I had bought a dress and the Seam feel apart I would be able to get a refund.

    Bought this to replace my 5 year old HP after the the motherboard bit the dust. I did my research and realized that this was a good deal for my needs and budget. However when it arrived this morning, it presented problems. The display was pixelated as sin and Windows kept blue screening. I cracked it open and made sure everything was plugged in. Same problems, and customer support was useless. I'd read reviews and knew this was a relatively uncommon issue with this model. Decided to cut my losses and took it to my local Best Buy to exchange it. They had none in stock, so it'll be about week before a replacement is available for pick up. Fingers crossed and hopefully I can write a more positive review.

    the worst computer I've ever owned it has constant errors cant run much of the games I play its loud says I do not have enough storage to open a google page when I'm halfway full of storage don't buy!!

    There is no Manual on line, Called Tech about DVI connection and he was not sure of anything I asked. This is not a good way to start making a good impression on your clients.

    Extremely disappointed in wifi!

    This computer has horrible wifi. I get great connection for all the other devices in my home, but this computer has barely any connection (10 mbps) and sometimes no connection at all. That's a huge problem when playing games that are based online, like Roblox. Sure, it came with 2 antennae, but the particular router I use doesn't have antennae on it. I had to go on amazon and buy a wifi adapter for over fifty dollars. Hopefully that will solve the wifi issue.

    Terrible Machine and Terrible Customer Service

    Absolute garbage with terrible tech support and no assistance from Best Buy. It stopped booting after three months. Reinstalled the OS and it stopped booting again a month later. It took CyberPower a week to respond who then directed me to Best Buy. Contacted BestBuy who directed me back to CyberPower. Incredibly disappointed in BestBuy's customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility for the products they carry.

    Monitor wouldn't pick up the signal.

    Was super excited when this got delivered a day early. Unfortunately, 3 tvs, 2 monitors, and 4 hdmi cords all could not pick up the signal from the computer..... just traded it in for a new one. Also came with a dent on the top, making it hard to align the side panel. We'll if the new one is in any better condition.... very disappointed.

    Great specs on the PC

    Receive a defective product. Had to return. It did not come with the video graphic card that's advertised it was not a XFX card it was a his. never heard of this company. But the graphic has still read as a RX 580. First day ran great got one window update turn the PC off next day there was no power to the system not even a flickering light. It's like they don't test a product before they ship it out

    Worst Birthday Ever

    We bought this gaming PC for our 8 year old and it didn’t work. The monitor would not connect because of a faulty hdmi port. My son has been waiting for months to get this and has been crying for 2 hours. After reviewing comments it appears this is a known issue and it is outrageous that they continue selling without checking this. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.

    Don’t be fooled

    Look. I haven’t bought this but tbh it it doesn’t seem to good. Ryzen 5 3600 or whatever it said I know isn’t bad and in fact that’s decent but 8gb of ram! That’s kinda an L. Look for 16gb or 32gb if you want something better. So if you’re a parent looking at this it’s a good starter PC but will probably last you a year or two.

    This PC is inable to run a game for more than 10 minutes before the game crashes. I am a competitive esports player, content creator and streamer and I was unable to do any of that with this PC. The price looks nice but its not worth even 5 cents. Do not make the mistake I made and don't throw away money.

    CPU Fan not working after only 3 months

    I bought this desktop in April. So far it's only 3 months and now CPU cooling fan is completely not working! I only played League of Legends and did nothing else. Now the CPU temperature keeps over 200F. When I log into League, FPS shows only 20. LOL is this what you called a `gaming desktop`?

    Original and 2nd Try Didn't Work

    Wasn't impressed. Both tries on setting up computer wouldn't work. I took both units back (same day). Note to CyberPowerPC.. If you can't supply a WORKING computer out of the box, Best Buy may not be interested in your product in the future. I sent back two of your units today … Good Luck.

    this was awful. i got this as a christmas present and we had to return it because when it got to me all the wires coming from the graphics card were unplugged and there was no way for me to fix it

    Good At First

    This PC Will perform very well at the beginning but after a while you will experience FPS Drops In Every Game. I don’t recommend you buy this pc. Save up a little more and buy a better one.
