Corner of the glass chipped within a week. Overall the system is good though

Psu failed 3 months in other than that its great at everything

Rgb lighting inside computer Case not working , program not opening now have to have it looked at after only having it a month, issue with program I think conflict may be with other programs, besides this like it a lot ,

I suggest just buying brand new. I opted to buy open box and I had to buy pretty much everything it normally comes with. Mouse, keyboard, power cord. As to quality, it’s good for regular use but I’m already planning on upgrading most components for gaming. Just average if you’re not looking to actually game high def and without lag. There are better builds out there for around the same price. Do your research, should have taken my own advice :/

1. No Power cord in the box. (Thankfully I had extra) 2 Loose cables inside. 3. Way overpriced case makes up 1/3 of the cost of the system. 4, No extra cable for expanding power supply. 5. Pushy sales staff trying to push a warranty warning product was crap when all parts are off the shelf and easily claimed on manufacturer website so no need for extra cost. Thankfully I know how to build PCs and was able to fix all of the issues myself but if you have no PC knowledge stay away

A little slow but decent machine. Had some issues getting the glass panel off as the instructions are not clear.

One month old snd it already shuts down randomly. Most likely the power supply, just waiting for it to totally die.

Not terrible but overall specs aren’t worth the price. GPU can’t hardly run anything with 4gb of VRAM

The graphics card fan is not working at all and it os over heating up real bad and cant return it.

Within months of buying it stopped powering on. Sent it in for a warranty repair with the company, was told to send the power cable. I heard nothing back about it until it was on its way back with a new motherboard and battery. Open it up to set it back up no power cable and wires in the case hanging free. Graphics card left unplugged with no matching cable. Was told to take a power cable from another tower or go buy one as if it wasn’t their fault their employee told me TWICE to send my cord. Contacted them about the loose cables and heard nothing back yet.

I had this PC for less than a month and started getting a black screen every time I tried to turn my computer on and then found out the graphics card was bad

An awful product. first one the video card did not work. second one did not even turn on. These must have been rushed to avoid a tariff. And not being knowledgeable about computers I hired an expert costing $100 which was wasted on these defective products. You should be ashamed

Poor performance! Cannot play games. It so bad my kids cannot even play Roblox on it. Look elsewhere if you want something to play games with. For advertising.!!!

Bought this as a upgrade from a laptop, worst decision of my life! Had it exactly a month and motherboard is done for! When we bought it i asked for the warranty for one year and worker didn't add it. So now im out 800$ and they wont help at all! So be aware when you buy this!!

I plugged everything in correctly, but computer didn't turn turn on so I returned it next day!
