The staff was great and treated me well. The staffer that helped me was Chito. Nice kid who took his time and explained things well.

Great starter PC

My son loves it we are considering upgrading the ram and graphics card later, but it took less than an hour to download some of the games.

1st Gamer PC

Has it setup in the basement with the router being upstairs and he has had no issues with connectivity. Make sure you read the directions 1st so you have no issues hooking up your monitor. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
