I’m not a gamer but use this computer for editing home movies. It’s pretty fast! And as a bonus, the transparent CPU with colored lights makes it fun!!

It comes in a big heavy box. It's a Christmas present for my grandson, so I haven't done anything but hide it. Won't be seen or set up until Christmas morning.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The gentlemen were awesome who helped me with my purchase.

I never write reviews. This may very well be the first I ever do. I’ve been shopping at Best Buy for years and have always gone because of their price match and great customer service. I don’t know what happened to them. The computer arrived ready to go, except for two screws at the top that had to be removed in order to remove the internal packing it ships with for safety. The problem is they used the wrong screws. They were tempered glass screws (they weren’t in the tempered glass, so no clue why this was done) that had been screwed in so tight they couldn’t be removed without stripping the screw. I called Best Buy ahead and explained the situation. The agent assured me that if I transported the entire large PC tower across town to Best Buy, they would be able to exchange it or remove the screws for me. When I went to Best Buy, the manager said I had “damaged the product” and they wouldn’t exchange, offer a refund, or give the geek squad a chance to remove the TWO screws unless I paid $100 just for them to assess whether or not they could help me. I’m standing their holding a perfectly good $700 PC that has never been turned on, which I had purchased just days before, and they refused to remove two incorrect screws for me unless I gave them another $100, and even then there were no promises they could do it. The managers advice was to “go to a local electronic repair store.” 4 hours later, the electronic repair store confirmed they were the wrong screws and even they couldn’t remove the screws themselves. The professionals were stripping the screws even more and couldn’t remove them from the bottom with pliers either. This was validating but frustrating. I went home and managed to remove the screws myself with a stripped screw kit. The computer now functions great, the mouse fine, but the first time I turned on the keyboard there were two keys not functional. So I called Best Buy once again and asked what my options were. They said you can return the keyboard for a new one, but you’ll have to return the entire PC and mouse. I confirmed, “you want me to return the $700 PC I’ve been using for the last couple weeks because the completely separate keyboard has two keys that need fixing?” They confirmed yes. The only other option is to contact the manufacturer to fix this $30 keyboard. I offered to ship it back for a replacement and requested a partial refund for the price of the keyboard. They denied both options. Honestly, this was the short version of the story. The staff at Best Buy were rude, unhelpful, and this is coming from someone who has spent years in the service industry. I feel for them. It’s an awful job. But the manager made it clear that it wasn’t even just Best Buy policy, this decision is made at the discretion of the manager. I was calm and patient up until he told me to go to another store for help with the $700 computer I had purchased from them days before. What kind of policy is that?! Not only will I never purchase anything from Best Buy again, I’ve made sure to share this experience with all my friends and family. They’ve been shocked and will certainly follow my lead of heading elsewhere.

Good pc for the price if you are just starting out and you don’t have 2k to spend then this is great and you can always upgrade your specs as well

It’s a great Pc. I have had it a month now and have had no issues. Runs every game I have played perfectly. It is quick and efficient. I recommend this pc. The graphic are really good as well and there is a lot of storage space.

Excellent gaming computer for the price!!! Best Buy got the stuff.

Overall it's a pretty good system I've had it for a couple weeks. The only downfall is the USB type-c port does not work. I could have taken it back to Best Buy or sent it back to cyberpowerpc but I had already gotten it set up for school. So now I'm without a usb-c port.
