It’s pretty cool Though it struggles to run Marvek rivals, Fortnite, nd five nights at Freddy’s when I’m on stream nd idk how to fix that issue.

just started using it just would recommend using ethernet if your not close to your router but easy to start up

Works decent , having driver issue here n there but other than that it’s decent

Purchased online 11/27/2025. Arrived via home delivery 12/3/2025. I wrapped the system for my son as a highly anticpated Christmas gift. Attempted to set the system up 12/25/2025 with no success...total disappointment for my son. Went into the store the morning of 12/26/2025 and was advised by a cashier in the Geek Squad section of a cable we needed. Went back home to try setup again with no success. My son called the manufacturer to assist with troubleshooting. The manufacturer advised that there was either an issue with the GPU or the PCIE and that the unit needed to be returned. Silly me to think I paid for a new system only to receive a defective system. My son returned the system to Best Buy with his father the evening of 12/26/2025 and they were told that the store has had alot of issues with this particular system being returned for all sorts of issues - and recommende to return vs. exchange the system. What a horrendous experience and a total let down for my son who will not get to enjoy what was an intended to be a highly anticipated Christmas gift while on winter break from school. On top of all of this, I'm two-weeks into recovery from my hip replacement surgery dealing with this...talk about wiped out! So disappointed in Best Buy.

As a computer, it's pretty great.. but what I DISAGREE With is that it has *GLASS WALLS* to protect the insides, as well as those ANNOYING "lights" that while you can turn them off ( they're incredibly difficult to sleep with while on ).. it also turns off the Keyboard lights, which if THOSE are not on, then the keyboard is virtually UNREADABLE! Rather a stupid setup in this buyers opinion as far as "delicate component" protection, and user friendly interface with somethin as necessary as a "READABLE Keyboard!"

Even tho I'm not a gamer person I love this computer the easy of use. The larger key board and the screen are perfect for me.

It’s been great upon start up. For a second the run lights were not working. I just uninstalled then reinstalled the app for it. But it runs my games great! Also small memory BUT I can always buy another memory or storage devices. But it’s been a fun pc!
