awful defective computer

These must have been rushed to avoid a tariff. And not being knowledgeable about computers I hired an expert costing $100 which was wasted on these defective products. You should be ashamed

Rgb lighting problems

Will NEVER by Cyberpower again

Way overpriced case makes up 1/3 of the cost of the system. 4, No extra cable for expanding power supply. 5. Pushy sales staff trying to push a warranty warning product was crap when all parts are off the shelf and easily claimed on manufacturer website so no need for extra cost. Thankfully I know how to build PCs and was able to fix all of the issues myself but if you have no PC knowledge stay away

Good, average PC.

I opted to buy open box and I had to buy pretty much everything it normally comes with. Mouse, keyboard, power cord. As to quality, it’s good for regular use but I’m already planning on upgrading most components for gaming. Just average if you’re not looking to actually game high def and without lag. There are better builds out there for around the same price. Do your research, should have taken my own advice :/

Random shut down

Not worth the price or the hassle

Sent it in for a warranty repair with the company, was told to send the power cable. I heard nothing back about it until it was on its way back with a new motherboard and battery. Open it up to set it back up no power cable and wires in the case hanging free. Graphics card left unplugged with no matching cable. Was told to take a power cable from another tower or go buy one as if it wasn’t their fault their employee told me TWICE to send my cord. Contacted them about the loose cables and heard nothing back yet.
