It’s been great upon start up. For a second the run lights were not working. I just uninstalled then reinstalled the app for it. But it runs my games great! Also small memory BUT I can always buy another memory or storage devices. But it’s been a fun pc!

I honestly regret buying this PC more than anything I’ve purchased in a long time. After only THREE months of normal use — nothing extreme, no heavy gaming, just music production and basic work — the entire system completely shut off and never came back on. No warning, no gradual issues, just dead. What makes this even worse is the so-called “warranty” they advertise. It’s practically useless. Getting any kind of help was a nightmare, no real solutions, and it feels like they do everything possible to avoid actually fixing the problem. What’s the point of a warranty if it doesn’t protect you when the product fails this quickly? To top it all off they didnt even say what the issue was they just said unable to repair. My assumption is since i bought it on black Friday they made an easy fix and are reselling it instead of fixing it for me. For the amount of money spent, this is completely unacceptable. A computer should last YEARS, not a few months. This feels like a cheap, unreliable product being sold at a premium price. If you’re considering buying this PC — don’t. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money. There are way better and more reliable options out there.
