Best buy is horrible.

We bought 3 identical ones at the same time. One works perfect, second one has power issues where the power supply is shot, 3rd one does not have the specs that it was suppose to have. Best buy is not helping at all. Avoid.

After trying to get it to work for several hits ended up taking it back to Best Buy for a refund

This monitor did not work right from day one. Had to call technical support and still got nothing resolved. Ended up purchasing a different gaming computer.

Then it would not power up, my son is so sad to not use his gift. There are loose wires and the directions say to connect loose wires but gives no clue where they plug into. Extremely disappointed

Worst experience

They sent a replacement then sent an email that the replacement was broken. Didn’t refund me. I’m still arguing with them about this and have no resolution.

Had it exactly a month and motherboard is done for! When we bought it i asked for the warranty for one year and worker didn't add it. So now im out 800$ and they wont help at all!
