Overall good specs for the price, the tower is good quality, the mouse and keyboard are fairly good too

So this isnt a teribble PC for small games. I bought this for my boufriend a few months ago as an upgrade from his old PC, He cant run any survival games, can play fortnite fine and smaller games. If anyone has has any ideas on how to fix this issue id like to give it a chnace. Just really aggravating trying to get this thing to run properly. Setting are set on the lowest on these games as well and still runs teribbly.

Good for some streaming slow at times my granddaughter enjoys it that's all that matters to me.

Received the PC and it would not power up the monitor or peripherals. Had to return and get a new one.

My games close out quite a bit it’s very annoying when your in the middle of the game and the graphics card isnt the greatest.

An awful product. first one the video card did not work. second one did not even turn on. These must have been rushed to avoid a tariff. And not being knowledgeable about computers I hired an expert costing $100 which was wasted on these defective products. You should be ashamed

Literally Terrible PC dont reccomend if you can save your money for a better one. I would not even reccomend for a starter pc. All games can not handle the outdated software. Can handle light games like minecraft and roblox but any games with good graphics straight garbage quality. Do your research before you buy! But this one is a huge No no!

Rgb lighting inside computer Case not working , program not opening now have to have it looked at after only having it a month, issue with program I think conflict may be with other programs, besides this like it a lot ,

Great pc but the problem is its slow. Maybe because its used. But its great pc

Good for beginners great for gaming for beginners.

Had for less than a year and worthless now. Windows is gone.

1. No Power cord in the box. (Thankfully I had extra) 2 Loose cables inside. 3. Way overpriced case makes up 1/3 of the cost of the system. 4, No extra cable for expanding power supply. 5. Pushy sales staff trying to push a warranty warning product was crap when all parts are off the shelf and easily claimed on manufacturer website so no need for extra cost. Thankfully I know how to build PCs and was able to fix all of the issues myself but if you have no PC knowledge stay away

The first day I I bought the product it did not work. I had to go back to the store multiple times because it kept crashing or it just didn't work. This is a piece of garbage and I will never buy another PC from Best buy

I suggest just buying brand new. I opted to buy open box and I had to buy pretty much everything it normally comes with. Mouse, keyboard, power cord. As to quality, it’s good for regular use but I’m already planning on upgrading most components for gaming. Just average if you’re not looking to actually game high def and without lag. There are better builds out there for around the same price. Do your research, should have taken my own advice :/
