Bought this as a upgrade from a laptop, worst decision of my life! Had it exactly a month and motherboard is done for! When we bought it i asked for the warranty for one year and worker didn't add it. So now im out 800$ and they wont help at all! So be aware when you buy this!!

Not terrible but overall specs aren’t worth the price. GPU can’t hardly run anything with 4gb of VRAM

Poor performance! Cannot play games. It so bad my kids cannot even play Roblox on it. Look elsewhere if you want something to play games with. For advertising.!!!

The first one I bought the video card didn’t work had to bring back to get replaced it was a bummer for my son on Xmas

The sensor on the mouse broke after 10 days. Best Buy won’t replace it unless I bring in the entire PC.

I had this PC for less than a month and started getting a black screen every time I tried to turn my computer on and then found out the graphics card was bad

Computer had a poor performance, couldn’t run single game , it couldn’t run windows properly .

It's been about a month of daily use so I feel comfortable reviewing it. The instructions out of the box on how to remove the side panels to remove the inner packing material was completely wrong, must have been for a different model. The lighting on the keyboard and mouse are great, I think the keyboard is way too loud and clacky though. There are six SATA ports on the motherboard to add six additional hard drives, but there's nowhere to mount them, but there is a second SSD slot (but no retainer screw and nowhere to screw in the retainer screw! Reddit convinced me to use tape, so I did, and the second SSD works). Within a couple hours, had windows and Steam loaded, and my son can play all his games with no issues. It's very fast, and the wifi antennae that comes with it is very strong. Long term who knows how long the components all hold up, this review is only a month in. Overall, it's a perfectly suitable gaming PC right out of the box.

We recently purchased this for our spare room that is being used as a room for a foster teenager. It has been such a great purchase that didn't entirely break the bank. We've already enjoyed using it for Netflix and Fortnite, so it's been reliable so far. It has exceeded our expectations for the price. Easy setup for those who don't understand much about gaming PCs, and starter computer for those who want to upgrade to a better PC in the future. Definitely would recommend for families who want something dependable that's on the nicer end but doesn't drain your wallet.

Great gaming rig, fast, reliable and Runs all modern games with flawless perfomance

My son loves this. Only issue we had was the 1st one we bought and brought home was not working due to a faulty graphics card so we returned and exchanged it for another one that worked. Being this is the cheap model, i would definitely recommend getting the 2 year protection plan in case it goes out later. The fact that you can upgrade the graphics card, ssd and memory later instead of having to buy a whole nether pc makes it worth getting. He jasnt complained once about it and loves his desktop so far. The fans light up and look cool. Also comes with a decent keyboard and mouse.
