Great Gaming PC

I did have a question on the HDMI placement, I called tech support at 888-900-5180, I just could not see the slot good enough. Also no mention of needing an Ethernet cable was made in the setup guide, this could be that most computer tech's know this, I had an extra one and it was no problem. This is a great gaming computer for a beginner, my little nephew loves it.

Everything went smooth and easy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My kids was excited and happy when they learned about purchasing the desktop computer. And having the best experience in gaming. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Couldn’t be more happier

Good computer not assembled correctly

However I noticed it was getting up to 95c. I opened it up and found that the front fans were installed to blow air out instead of pull air in and the CPU cooler was caked in way too much thermal paste. After flipping the fan around and installing a cooler Master hyper 212 with the appropriate amount of thermal paste, the PC never gets over 70c at full load and idles at around 40c which is about 20 degrees cooler than previously. Had I not caught this, the computer would probably have ended up dying pretty quickly due to the extreme heat. Due to those circumstances I wouldn't risk buying these computers unless you are somewhat knowledgeable about computer hardware and only have it 3 stars.
