a fairly complete pc for a person who is starting, but if you want to be a gamer you need more

This is a great deal on a gaming PC that handles everything I throw at it. I would however invest in a better mouse and keyboard as the combo that comes with the PC will do but seems cheap.

Everything worked right out of the box. This was a huge upgrade to my OLD self-built 1st generation I7. Every App and game now runs very smooth. Also very happy with the craftsmanship

I purchased this machine as a graphics workstation rather than a gaming machine and so far it has not fallen flat.

Loves his pc with his led lights that rotate in colors. Since he got this for Christmas, his friend also bought one to and they enjoy this better than Xbox and ps4.

Overall, the PC looked great when first bought. It also seemed to work really without much issue. This was an expensive purchase, so I wanted to be sure it was worth my money. I had seen quite a few unfavorable reviews of CyberPowerPC so this was a risky buy, but at the outset in the immediate months after the purchase, it seemed to work quite well. However after just after a few months of use, it started overheating and the fans would go crazy. I have a personal laptop and a work laptop that I use on a regular basis. So I only used this to play a few games from time to time. So the overheating was unexplained for me. And then about one year in, the video output stopped working. I haven't even had it looked at yet (I confess I am not an expert at tinkering with PCs) and it has just been sitting around. One thing for sure, I should have trusted the negative reviews and not taken a risk with this expensive purchase.

This PC is top notch for the price! The o ly complaint I have is that the U key doesnt work with the keyboard that it came with, but other than that a really good buy!

Bought this for my son and he loves it. He also plays PS4 but wanted this for a different gaming experience and uses this more than his PS4. good system.

I have built computer to handle the processing needed for 40 years. the CyberPowerPC has all the power, speed, and memory that I need at a cheaper price.

I got it when it was 100$ off but the cpu is cooled air. Wouldn’t recommend gaming for long hours

I was used to a slow start up time with my other computer. Now with this digital disk, 45 seconds after power on, I ready for work. Highly recommend.

This pc was initially purchased for general usage, however because it is a gaming PC, it is very reliable and upgradable for multiple usage types.

It a good overall computer but it come with Ray traceing and if your not gonna use that then get a different graphic card in the computer

I bought this for my iracing setup. It has no problem supporting my VR headset and has been absolutely no issue for me. Great product.

First boxed pc i have purchased, haven't finished setting it up. i do find it odd that the fan configuration are all pushing air out.

My son absolutely loves this gaming computer. He is obsessed with it. Very great quality and well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Overheats. When I went to upgrade cooling unit found that the mother board is missing parts. Called cyber power and basically get told not their fault and to bad. So to fix issue best buy let me return my faulty product for a different gaming machine. For first time customer of cyber power, I won’t be going to them again.

Almost a month since i got this pc It had some issues the very first day. After updating all drivers my gpu (Msi Rtx 2070 Aero) started failing. Crashes all games i play. Pc becomes unresponsive then the screen would just go and stay black. I was able to fix it by uninstalling the driver and installing an older version of it. Somehow it was only a faulty version of the driver. So i waited until nvidia released another driver update, installed it, then everything seemed to be working fine until after a couple of weeks when i noticed that when i leave my pc on idle it would freeze. I'm able to move the mouse cursor but everything else is unresponsive.
