To start off, I bought 2 of this model, both ran fine graphically and was very impressed as I jumped from a low end laptop with barley a graphics card. But one of the computers was missing multiple ports that the other one had; I exchanged it for another one of the same model, which came with the correct ports. But, the fans on both of these PCs were loud and obnoxious and overworked on minimal tasks, but especially during gaming where it also heats up. BUT the biggest con about this model , from all 3 of the ones I have received, that it was freezing, even when browsing online, freezing during games causing major disruption and the computer completely locks up till its done. This happened randomly when using them, more often when gaming. Not pleased with my purchase.

have had to get 2 of these in the last two weeks, and looks like im going to have to return it AGAIN. constantly crashing. i dont use it for anything crazy. i don't know how such a highly rated computer can be crashing and burning so terribly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. such a waste of my time, money, and mental stability.

Had product for a week and all games crash on system. Have a appointment with geek squad to see what is going on probably just going to ask for refund and get different pc.

Not much storage and over heats after a couple hours of play time.

Was looking forward to getting this. Everything looked in Amazing condition. Sadly it would not turn on tried everything looked to see if any wires were loose and everything was good. Very upsetting that a high end gaming machine would do this.

Sent off for a replacement video card and received one that was to big. I had to pay to return it. The second one came in appears to be used. It lasted for half a day. When asked to get another one, now they want a copy of my receipt and how much I paid for it.

Within less than a month of purchasing this product from Best Buy, there have been problems with the fan and lights not working. Calling the customer service at cyberpower pc you’re made to feel as if you’re keeping them from other important matters. You’re basically rushed off the phone without any understanding of what the resolution will be.

Right before the year ended we had to send it to CyperPowerPc to replace the Video card. we had to pay one way shipping. After less than 6 month the card went bad again and now we have to pay for it. Never had that king of issues with a Pc that Fast. I will not buy CyberPowerPc again.

Had it for 3 weeks, didn't touch anything on it and it crashed any time I'd try to play a game, so I factort reset it and now I get to stare at a black screen for eternity. It makes a great paper weight, nothing else.

To be honest we bought this computer 4 months ago .. it turns on and off durning the middle of the night .. and just one night it stop working it’s been in repair for over a week .. definitely do not recommend .

graphics card broke on the first one, retuned for another thinking it may not happen again. This time 4 days after the return policy ended its dead. Thanks for nothing BestBuy.

I got this PC in 2019. It is the best purchase ever. It's been perfect for all types of work. I create tons of content for YouTube and other social media. I do tons of editing and gaming and it's been running great. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a new PC. I had CyberpowerPC before this one also. I had that one for many years and never had a problem. Overall I would give it 10 stars if I can.

the quality of this pc is fantastic! all the parts from motherboard to ram to graphics card are all top of the line/name band parts. finally have a nice gaming pc, being able to play alot of the games out now dec 2019 on ultra at 1440p getting 60+ fps only down side is i wish it had more ssd space but honestly 250gb is decent but i have a large library of games, love the rgb colors and the controller to change it at any time. case is built very nice as well, no disc drive but who uses them anyways. highly recommend to anyone looking for a very nice 2k/1440p gaming setup, only reason im adding 4 stars is 32gb of ram would be perfect but 16gb is really all that you need

Bought this pc back in 2019 and am still using it. Only upgrades I have done is adding a liquid cooler and new RAM. It has been a great computer I am finally about to upgrade but this pc is still up and going! It has fallen behind a bit with all of the new stuff that is out which is why I’m upgrading but it has done everything I wanted it to.

To start, I picked this up when it was on sale for $1279.99 and have spent roughly a week with it. Overall, this PC is a great package (not going to focus on cosmetics here, those are subjective). The 2700X hasn't flinched at anything I've thrown at it yet (mostly gaming), and 16gb of memory is plenty for most tasks although there 2 more slots to expand to. The memory is on the slower end (2400mhz) which apparently can hamper the 2700x in extreme situations, but this board should be able to accept 3200mhz+ if you choose to upgrade down the road. So far it hasn't been a concern for me. The board is an MSI b450, micro ATX. It seems like a solid motherboard, but is light on PCI slots (and only a single PCI-e slot). This motherboard is actually the most likely reason that the stock AMD wraith CPU cooler is not used here, since reviews of this board claim that that cooler actually will not fit. That said, CPU temperatures have been ~66*c during gaming sessions (perfectly fine). Now, onto the GPU which seems to be a weakpoint for some reviewers here. Short version: the card performs great, although a bit warm but it can be managed. Long story: The card in my rig is as pictured on the site here, and appears to be a Zotac RTX 2070 8gb blower-style card. This is my first blower-style card, but it does seem to run hotter than my cards of past (GTX 1070 aero, AMD 7870). Left at stock settings, it would crest 72*c at times while running Witcher 3 @1080p/ultra with a 60 FPS cap. This isn't cause for concern, but if you run demanding games with an uncapped framerate, you'll see the card reaching into the 80's and thermal throttling will begin (used Unigine's benchmark to test this). I recommend setting a more aggressive fan profile with a tool like MSI Afterburner to keep your GPU temperature more reasonable and away from throttling. The card itself does perform great so far (although I have yet to try an RTX enabled game) and I have not seen any artifacts as mentioned in other reviews (*knocks on wood*) This is my 3rd gaming PC through CyberpowerPC. My first was circa 2007, my 2nd (which still works great, and I'm giving to my sister) was around 2012, both of them custom built orders. Not sure why people seem to turn up their nose at the brand, but I've had solid experiences so far.

When we first got this PC, it performed well but froze randomly. We exchanged it for a different unit (the same PC) and now it works perfectly. The graphics card and CPU combination is very good and performs exceptionally. The first PC came with an MSI graphics card, ASUS motherboard, and a CoolerMaster fan whereas the second one has an unbranded graphics card and fan, a Gigabyte motherboard, and different memory sticks. If you're thinking of buying this, keep in mind that your parts will likely be slightly different from those in other reviews.
