    Great starter computer for gamer

For the money, this is one of the best Pre-built PC's one can get. You got AMD's ryzen 2700x processors, gtx 2070, and the MSI B540M Bazooka. These components work flawlessly together. Multi-tasking is a breeze. Boot time is quick, right around 10 seconds or so thanks to your SSD. I wish the SSD had been the 1TB EVO or something of that nature and put in WD 1TB HDD instead, but that's just me being picky. Other than that if you got the money, this is the one to buy.

I bought this in 2019. I didn’t realize until about 2 years ago, but Best Buy failed to mention that the graphics card was actually a mini version of the graphics card advertised. Also, the 2TB hard drive promise was false, as it only shows up as 1.8tb. The ssd was also shaved down about 25 gigabytes. This computer has slowed down considerably during these past 4 years, despite having factory reseted the computer, cleaned out the hardware, and updating drivers.

    Flawless Computer

I have only had this computer for 2 days, yet I already know that this is the best computer I could have bought. I purchased it for a sale price of 1199, and It is 100% worth it. the RTX 2070 effortlessly produces hundreds of fps at a time on most games, and handles Ray tracing very well. The Ryzen 7 2700x also provides extreme power when it comes to streaming, as the 8 cores and 16 threads don't disappoint. Additionally, the RGB is stunning on this computer. The different modes of RGB on this are insane, and the effects that the fans are capable of are really cool. The keyboard is a basic membrane gaming keyboard, but the mouse is really nice. It has all the side buttons you need, and has some RGB. It also has an adjustable weight with different weights that can be removed or added on the bottom of the mouse. Definitely earns five stars.

    Great Base For Upgrading

Great value for the money. lt works great with a 1440p high refresh rate monitor. Great for gaming and CAD design. Suggestion for Cyber power is to use a better CPU cooler. I upgraded it to a cooler master tower cooler.

    Great Beginner Rig

I recently made the switch from console gaming into PC gaming with this rig. As someone who has limited knowlege of how to build a computer, I opted into buying something that was pre-built. I did as much research as I possibly could and found this rig which was in my price range and had everything I was looking for. Needless to say I have not been disappointed. I have been running Anthem and Apex Legends for two weeks on highest settings and this rig has powered through effortlessly. I have had zero issues with this product, or any of its components, right out of the box and would reccomend this build for anyone looking to make the switch to PC gaming.

Great PC...Not so much on extras

PROS: I got this pc on sale at BestBuy cheaper than I could build it. I couldn't wait to get this bad boy home to transition from Xbox to PC gaming. First impressions, the case looks awesome with the white glass from and clear tempered glass panel on the side. Cable management was pretty darn good in this thing, so whoever built it, kudos for doing it well. I play battlefield V(Came free with the pc as a deal with GeForce and The Division 2 came with it as a deal from AMD) on highest settings and manage around 100FPS and Fortnite on Epic and manage 200+FPS. This bad boy will run anything you toss at it. 16GB DDR4 ram(Even though on the slow side), 600 watt PSU that is GOLD rated, 240 Gb Adata SSD and 2 TB Seagate HDD are all great and work flawlessly. RGB fans look awesome and run great. Comes with remote to have multiple settings. CONS: When I pulled the mouse out of the box and its rattling. Something is broken inside. It still works, but not sure why there are 6 buttons as only 3 work. Keyboard and mouse are free, and I'm upgrading so its not that big of a deal. Another gripe that I have, is they take the stock AMD Wraith PRISM cooler that comes with the Ryzen 2700x, and give you some crappy cooler (I can't even find the name of it on amazon or ebay) and BOY DOES IT NOT COOL THE CPU. So, now I am in the process of ordering the AMD Wraith Prism cooler as it is much better than the one that comes with it and a bracket for the motherboard as that didn't come with it either. The two fans on the side of the PC don't really have much room to intake air into the case, but they do work well with what they have. All in all, a good prebuilt PC. I'd definitely recommend buying this for your child or yourself if you don't want to upgrade in a few years. Unlike cheaper models of Cyberpower and IBuypower with outdated GPUs and only 8GB of ram, This computer is built with hardware to last a while.

CyberPower has no consideration for expansion

First. Let me be clear. I don't regret this purchase. The Mobo + RAM + CPU + Video card, at the time of purchase, came to the same price I paid for the system ($1150) So as far as I'm concerned, I got a good deal. My complaint is that these systems are built with whatever they have on hand. Just look at the Q&A section, it's full of "Q: What brand is this component? A: It varies" And I'm 100% OK with that. As long as the tech putting the parts together looks for compatibility/layout problems. The case itself has room for 2x 2.5" drives, 2x 3.5" drives. (2 occupied) The motherboard has 4 SATA ports (2 occupied) . It's all good, the system is expandable.... Right? Nope. The 2 free SATA ports are covered by the Video Card. Which is also blocking the single free PCI-E x1 port. 90 degree SATA cords still don't leave enough clearance for the video card to seat entirely. This is easily solved by using a different motherboard (try something a bit bigger than a Micro ATX) This shouldn't be an end user fix. Look at the Motherboard and video card together when building the system and think "This might be a problem" and grab a different MOBO, or use it with a different video card. To add frustration to the entire ordeal, I bought this in store. The Blue shirt I was working with opened the floor model and it had a different MOBO in it, and while the x1 slot was still covered it didn't have the SATA port issue. And yes, I know this has a M2 SDD slot in it. I put a drive in it already, but that only extended the ticking clock till my drives are full. I'm a large format graphic artist. I can fill 1TB in weeks. Like I said. I got a good deal. Is the storage an insurmountable obstacle? No... I'm going to have to rip out the WIFI Card and install a PCI-E SATA card. Then I'll have to get a USB Wifi connection. All while hoping the SATA Card doesn't block too much airflow off the fan of the video card. The point is, I shouldn't have to.

Let’s start off by saying this thing is a BEAST. Rtx2070 graphics card plays 1440p on ultra settings!! SSD is blazing fast! 2tb HDD is ample storage for anyone. The Ryzen 2700X is a multi threaded master. Motherboards is MSI B450 and it works flawlessly. The lighting in this thing is bizarre and it has 3 fans that cool this thing with ease. Don’t hesitate to get this PC it is top of the line!

I had 5 years of gaming without worrying about meeting the minimum or standard requirements. It ran well the entire time I had it. As it gets older the fans will get louder, but thats it! Would recommend!

I got this computer in February no issues yet. You need to clean it every month or it will get very dusty and overheat. Overall its a good pc for people that don't know a lot about computers or just want an upgrade. The storage is incredible it has so much space i can fit all my games and school work on one drive with room to spare.

    Great Performance for the Price

Those complaining about the motherboard are obviously tailored more towards higher end builds, and as such should be shopping for higher end than this one. The case is very spacious and easy to work with to add/exchange components. Added an additional 16gb RAM with ease. As for the GPU covering the SATA ports, either CP has changed the components for this build or I just got lucky. Mine did not come with the Blower version of the ZOTAC RTX 2070, it instead came with the Mini version which has the same performance basically, and a DVI port instead of USB-C, and all SATA ports on the MOBO are fully accessible. The only issue I have is that there is only bay space for 2 drives. Unless I am missing something there isn't any way 2 3.5" and 2 2.5" drives are fitting into that bay.

We spent a very long time trying to find a gaming computer for a very picky teenager who did not have an unlimited budget. He finally chose this and has been extremely happy. He has been able to play all the games that before he had only been able to dream about playing all on highest graphics etc. he no longer wants his other gaming devices this is the best. Perfect WiFi connection, barely any sound and the computer itself is so sleek and really does have a very classy expensive look about it. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
