Good gaming computer but as others reviewers have stated the included not factory CPU heatsink and fan are very inadequate. The Reyzen processor was running in the mid 70C under load and that much heat made me nervous. Spent another $49 and put a Corsair water cooled unit on and problem solved but it should have had the AMD Prism cooler on it out of the box.

Computer was great till it broke only 2 weeks later. Had the computer for exactly 2 weeks from when I purchased it from BestBuy, and already broke. $1,400.00 computer and already breaking. Also already having to experience the customer service at CyberPower PC and i'm not a fan. SSD died after only 2 weeks of owning the computer, and trying to get the new ssd out to me is a pain. For someone who is buying this pre built pc for ease think twice. Customer service had me on the phone rerouting cables and trying to power up the ssd from the hdd, switching cables. , etc. Now i'm suppose to figure out how to get my windows 10 onto the new ssd when it arrives eventually. This is not a plug and play computer as intended, I understand parts break but after only 2 weeks that's a joke.

I don't know where to start. I am beyond frustrated with this PC after buying it today from bestbuy. At first things seemed fine, until I installed my first game and tried to run it. Crash after crash and artifacting on my screen which inevitably restarted my machine and caused input issues with my monitor too. Unreal Engine would pop up with a crash failure and then freeze my screen and I would have to hard power down the computer. PC worked fine until the game would launch. It seemed to be a problem with the GPU, but then after some troubleshooting and tweaking CPU settings to see if that would alleviate the issue it created more crashed and more issues. The PC got to the point that it would not even boot windows, so the SSD got corrupted, or Windows got corrupted. I am returning this first thing in the morning and and exchanging for something else, what a horrible first time gaming PC experience.

I picked this up last week. was worried about the graphics card heat issues but got the msi 2070 with dual fans and it runs cool. Overall im very happy with this product. will update if it changes

I ordered this system through the BestBuy website for my kid as a gift. Although it arrived sooner than the predicted arrival date, which was nice, we never got a chance to try it out because when I went to pick it up, the box had clearly been resealed. I had to walk it back over to the returns desk, wait about 10 minutes in line and return it. A Best Buy employee stated that this had been done by the manufacturer (meaning CyberPowerPC) because Best Buy uses only tape branded with their logo to reseal product. I understand that this is not a BestBuy item, but rather something sold through a partner of some sort, but perhaps a little more diligence on the part of whomever at BestBuy may actually care might be in order. After all, it was obvious that the box had been re-taped. And needless to say, NEVER purchase a resealed box as "new." Especially in the case of computers, even legitimate and subsequently discounted merchandise is often not a wise choice for several reasons that I won't go into here, but can readily be Googled. The reason I am leaving a review is because receiving opened merchandise that is sold as "new" from a manufacturer carries less than reputable implications. It might just be an oversight by a small outfit with poor QA procedures, or it might just be that they just decided to pass it along as "new" because it costs a lot to repackage an item and take the hit to the (probably already slim) margins. Either way, it is something to consider before buying.

If you don't want to wait for the product to arrive for building your own pc this pc will far exceed your needs. I've stress tested this unit and it hasn't slowed down one bit.

I recently just purchased this pc and im in wow. it can run 300 fps on fortnite and so many other games defiantly would buy again

I have always heard bad things about Cyberpower PC. The only time I ever saw one was helping a friend who had one that wasn't even assembled correctly upon receiving it from them. This PC isn't very bad at all, totally took me by surprise. I bought it because of the Hard Drive config, the RTX2070 and the AMD 2700x, got home and the rgb and little remote to control it literally blew me away. The glass is super clean and it just looks amazing. Best of all, no bloatware either!!! Completely fresh install of Win10 out of the box and I was ready to get my games installed

I purchased this PC in July of 2019, haven’t had any issues with it. Runs all games perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.

I BOUGHT THIS SIMILAR MODEL SAME SPECS JUST IN A DIFFERENT COLOR AND OMG MY SON LOVES HIS XMAS GIFT. VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND WILL BUY AGAIN.

I love everything about it ranging from cool colors to speed and reaction time I can use my oculus on this whenever I want

I recently purchased this as my first PC for gaming. Even with as much stress as I put on this PC, it works smoothly.

This computer is fast, Amazing graphic's! The sound Via headphone is just outta this world! very happy with this PC!

This pc performs very well and i have not had any problems so far and it isn't showing any signs of slowing down.

I've been looking for quite awhile for desktop that would allow me to play some causal video games. I'm not a hardcore gamer so I wasn't looking for something too advanced but was searching for something that would let me have extra storage if needed to build on my games. After searching for a computer that in my location, this seemed to fit my needs perfectly. It evens comes with customizable colors in the inside of the PC!
