I bought the PC for my moms house just to use while I’m there and the first 2 weeks I got it the SSD died, randomly out of no where. I got a replacement . (I thought the SSD dying was uncommon and I got really unlucky , but doesn’t seem like it since it happened to others on here lol) and after getting the replacement it lasted a good 3 months then the power supply died :D! Thanks

I really enjoyed this PC while it worked, and really thought I had landed on the perfect performance for the perfect price. Unfortunately, I have to report I've gone through 2 PCs with this particular model.
First model was trouble from the start - installing the new NVIDIA Drivers (from software already installed on PC, NVIDIA Experience) resulted in black screens. Afterwards, the games seemed fine, but on Days 2 and 3 normal web browsing with Chrome resulted in complete PC lockup. I started reading CyberPowerPC forums and did all the troubleshooting (unhook everything but Keyboard, Mouse, etc) - disable the network card as network card failures filled the event logs. Their website even told me to upgrade the BIOS, which I did. However, the machine eventually stopped boosting/POSTING at all, and F2 or DEL wouldn't work / couldn't even access Setup to do anything else.
I returned this for the same model, thinking - this can't happen to me again - right? Just some bad parts - it happens to everyone...
No - while the black screening didn't occur this time on driver install (HOPEFUL!) , this time artifacting (lines, flashing) occurred in Games. It went away after a crash so I said... ok... maybe just the game. No, after a successful night (1 night!) of gaming, the Web browsing was all we needed to do to freeze this thing up again.
I did memtest (no problems), did HDD Scans, no problems, GPU Temperate was always 61 degrees Celsius. No indication of problems. The GPU Fans were never running during a lockup, but I heard it's normal for no fans while no games are running.
I RMA'd the unit when the PC wouldn't remain on for more than 10 minutes without lockout (disabling network card also resulted in freeze-up - thinking it was that...), Returned to Best Buy and even they recommended I not try again.

Swing and a HUGE miss by CyberPowerPC

I bought this PC because I compared costs for the least expensive similar components at PC Part Picker, and the price for this PC fully assembled and ready to go was only $100 more than spending all day DIY twiddling a screwdriver and installing Windows from scratch.
Strike 1:
15 days in (one day after BestBuy's liberal 14 day return policy) the PC started acting verrrry slowly. After 3-4 hours troubleshooting I found that the 2TB Seagate drive was failing with read times up to 5 seconds long (should be 5ms, not 5000+ms) No worries! I plugged in my 1TB drive from my old PC and was back in business immediately.
Strike 2:
The Motherboard reports as being an MSI Board. It is not. It's an ASRock B450m Pro4-CB. I spent a whole day trying different MSI BIOS updates before I found that I was barking up the wrong tree.
Strike 3: The B450m Pro4-CB is a CyberPower custom order from ASRock. The CyberPower Support site directs you to ASRock's site for BIOS updates. But no ASRock BIOS update will work with this board. The BIOS that CyberPower has for it is v1.30, which is what comes on the board when you buy it. There is no BIOS upgrade for this board that supports Ryzen 3rd gen CPUs.
Having replaced the failing Seagate Drive with a $40 2TB Hitachi drive (my 1GB drive soldiered on since 2008!), now I'm faced with the prospect of "upgrading" to an identical (but supported!) motherboard from ASRock for another $75.
Pro: The case is very, very cool. I'll eventually replace all the guts of this machine, because I like the case. One Star because I didn't think I'd have to start replacing things quite so soon.

I went to best buy, to pick up my very first prebuilt gaming pc and quite frankly I saw this to my attention. The process was fast, with questions that see which one is the best for me, It's cool with the rbg lighting with a small remote. This is a great deal for 1200$!

Overall this computer is really good for the price. My only problem is that my rgb lights on fans keep shutting off and on by themselves. Now I cannot get them to come back on at all.

Not bad for what it offers, but it heats up and has been a little slow for me. However, it's run normally on average programs.

I professionally build PCs and know if a computer is worth the price or not. This PC is godly with games and other things that require a lot of power. It does these tasks no problem. Highly recommend for anyone, even professional builders!

After trying three other gamers, having USB issues with all of them, I decided I'd try this Cybertron. Right out of the box, it hit the ground running. Highly recommend this
