My teenage son originally wanted to build his own gaming PC based on a youtube tutorial he saw. After speaking with a very knowledgeable Best Buy rep, we decided that purchasing a complete set was the best option. I feel like we made the right decision, and our son couldn't be happier!

When we first got it we couldn't use it because the windows setup was stuck in a loop. After going back and forth with support for days it turned out to be the keyboard. Tried a different one and it finished setup and worked. The company sent a new keyboard out. 3 months later something has failed and the operating system can't find a drive. The company support thinks it may be the SSD but I have to send it back at my expense before they will send out a new one. In the meantime it's been unusable for weeks because it wasn't clear I had to send it back before they'd send one. My work is computer science oriented we're a family of gamers and have been since before my teenagers were born so we've been through a lot of computers, this is by far the most trouble prone one I've ever dealt with. This is a lot of money and effort for a computer that lasted 3 months. They also sent me surveys for how their support team did long before I actually got a response from their support team. Not a happy customer at this point.

Terrible luck with this purchase. I bought it to run VR, Oculus Rift S. For 2 months it was great, then it started freezing video. I made sure that all drivers were updated to the most recent as well as tried rolling back the video driver. Worked with CyberpowerPC support for a month. Fine suggestions but when nothing worked, I had to send the PC to cyberpowerPC at MY expense of $85+. They replaced the motherboard and SSD drive. I received it a month later. The system looked good until I couldn't get it to work with my oculus this time. After working with Oculus support for a few weeks, reinstalling windows resolved the issue. I don't feel that I should have had to reinstall Windows when receiving the PC back from the manufacturer. Finally back up. A month later the power began repeatedly shutting down after a bit of time. Now I need to replace the power supply. So to recap, a brand new out of box system now owned for about 9 months, 3 of which it was not bootable, in my possession or able to run VR. The motherboard, SSD drive, power supply will have been replaced. Only the case, RAM and 2nd HD remain from the original purchase. I also give Cyberpowerpc a D for customer service. Go elsewhere.

Pc is fast, no issues. Starts up in 10 seconds, ready to play. Takes 20 seconds to load up The Division 2. Other smaller games, almost instantly. Reason for 3 stars, The product has poor packaging. They no longer include the inner foam to protect the inside. I had to exchange the first PC I got due to it have damage in the interior casing. Please check and make sure nothing is damaged when purchasing. I called tech support and they informed me to return it. Didn't even try to fix things for me. Seems like they didn't care.

Perfect for my needs and so far, seems to perform as expected. Only problem is that the very pretty light show, does get a bit distracting at times but it does have a handy dandy remote to turn it off when it gets annoying. lol..Otherwise..awesome computer.

Have had since 2019, for a week or so it work really well. After I while though I started to notice that the fans will start going off like crazy, and the heat also got higher than the normal amount I was used to seeing. Over all it did not effect the games performance but It was annoying hearing the fans blast off every few seconds 15 seconds at a time. Made it a hassle to use any form of game chat or discord because it would sound like I was next to some air strip haha.

The SSD had an issue in the beginning where it couldn't be recognized, and would not boot. It was intermittent and after 3 weeks, it didn't happen again, well now it happened again and it won't work at all, swapped the SATA cables and same result so it's a drive issue not a cable issue. Should have requested a replacement in the beginning, now after copying all my old drives and cell phone photos I will need to pay for data recovery, and can't return the drive because it will be vioded.... uggh.

Let me start off this long review by going ahead and saying, at the end of this nightmare, i did end up with a good computer that works with no issues. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE NIGHTMARE THAT LED UP TO THAT THOUGH! I went to best buy in hopes of purchasing the 1800$ ibuypower with the i7 and rtx 2080, i was saving up to buy it cash and was just window shopping the day i ended up with this thing....... as i was looking at the pc i wanted a blue shirt came up to me and did his sales pitch.... i told him that i was saving for the ibuypowerpc and that i had 1 grand cash... he said "why not try progressive leasing!?" this is were crap hit the fan..... i signed up for progressive leasing to try and get the pc i wanted that day, with the 90 day same as cash buyout option...... i was approved for 1583$ slightly short of the pc i wanted.... i was trying to leave the store with my previous intention of continuing to save for the pc i wanted... but the entire pc department was pressuring me to look at a pc they had on sale that was very close in terms of specs.... this pc was close on all benchmark readings to the pc i wanted in terms of specs, they where showing me comparisons to benchmarks in games, where there was only a slight difference in fps, to the point where it didnt matter, like this pc benchmarked 120 fps on APEX, where the pc i wanted benched 135, the difference didnt even matter at that point so i decided to go with this pc........ i did... day 1, i got a BSOD updating windows... didnt think anything of it, pc's sometimes BSOD due to faulty drivers from windows no biggy, a few days later it BSOD againn... this time playing metro exodus.... restarted my computer, it BSOD again 5 mins after booting while browsing facebook, the cpu also would reach 85-90 degrees Celsius during certain games, which is extremely high.... in the end i decided to exchange it on day 13 for another pc. (the same one, just a new one) in hopes that it wouldnt have the same issues... out of the box with the 2nd pc i immediately noticed, Every last part inside the case was different. same specs overall just different brand parts.... i had a blower card in this new pc vs where my 1st pc had a zotac mini with 2 fans and lights.. it is utterly pointless to read these reviews if you are planning on buying this pc, every single one has different parts inside. that being said. i am on day 16 with my 2nd pc, i have had no BSOD's at all, my cpu temps are much lower, the only time it goes over 75 degrees celsius is if im playing the new wolfenstein, or running the ps3 emulator. and this bigger zotac blower card is benching slightly higher fps ina ll my games than my first pc (5-10) so win i guess? but the nightmare was when I got the second pc..... it completely screwed up my progressive lease, best buy employees are not familiar with the company at all, they said it several times during my return that they didnt know what they where doing, during the return process, the employee accidentally resubmitted my lease, null and voiding the lease i had already paid over 1 grand towards, it reset my remaining balance to the full price as if i had not paid a dime.... i had to sit on the phone in the parking lot of best buy with progressive leasing for 2 hours for them to figure out what happened... at first they told me that i would not recieve my 1 thousand dollars back or it be applied back to this (now new) lease balance that was back at full price..... That in and of itself is illegal.... i had to point this out to the leasing agency that they could not keep my money and not fix best buy's mistake......... after 2 hours of sitting in my car and stressing, i finally talked to a supervisor of progressive leasing that agree'd to send me back my 1 grand..... they sent it back to me instead of reapplying it to my (new lease) which was stupid... they sent me my money back, just to send right back to them.... at this point i really wish i had saved up and bought the thing cash. do not use progressive leasing people.... i have a good pc now. but it was not worth the stress, time, and hastle.

The system overall is incredibly clean and assembled well. I'm sure each system might have select different components, but mine were as follows: CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X Motherboard: Asus Prime B450M-A motherboard (No USB Type-C unfortunately) Memory: ADATA XPG 16GB RAM (2x8GB DDR4 2600MHz) Storage with OS: ADATA SU650 240GB SSD (2.5" internal SSD) Storage 2: Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD 7200RPM Graphics: Zotac RTX 2070 (2 fan edition?) PSU (Not breaking this system down to find out). Fans are RGB with remote controller Case is CyberPowerPC specific. Overall the build quality is wonderful. The Ryzen 7 2700X runs at 48C idle at 4GHz on every core. The fan will get a little noisy if you play with the motherboard settings or Ryzen Master to increase performance, but you can ignore it easily / leave CPU stock.
