Good basic computer

Windows 10 has given some glitches on startup but no major problems thus far and it usually boots up pretty quickly. Really miss not having a disc player. 2TB of hard drive space fills up quickly so I bought additional storage.

Good gaming pc but buzzing noise

Not sure if it would be something very damaging to the pc so returned it.

Kinda buggy

Computer was locked and was missing items
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I plugged the computer, I found it locked with a password so I couldn’t even reset it. Also, although I bought an open box item that said online comes with a keyboard and a mouse, when I arrived to the store, I found out it doesn’t have a mouse or keyboard, or even a power cord. Also they just gave me the desktop that is partially glass, without any kind of wrapping. I had to plead with them to give me a power cord and at least bubble wrap it so the glass doesn’t crack on the my way home. When I got home and found it locked, with dust on the fans. I called customer service and their only solution was please go return the item. Unfortunately I will have to return it if I don’t find a way to reset it without the password. However, this is a big waste of my time and energy.

Emerging Problems

I bought this computer in April. Everything was great at the start, but over the last couple months it's gone bad. I can't play any games without serious rubber-banding which makes the games unplayable. This computer should be able to run Call of Duty with absolutely no problems, but it doesn't due to the internal problem that I'm struggling to find. I even hired a computer technician to come to my house and check it out to see what's wrong with it and he spent a couple hours trying to figure it out. If I could go back I would've built something myself or went with another company.

Good system with cooking problems.

They need to get rid of the blower fan on the GPU.
