So I ordered this for my wife. She went to pick it up today.... She starts taking the tape of the box to pull the CPU out. And guess what the tape had already been cut. Her comment was this was a return and is NOT brand new. You know I have to agree with her. NEW means no other customer has handled it and neither has anyone else. I bought a new item not an items that was un-packaged and then sent back. Dare I go further into this box right now I am at a solid no. So Disappointed. The wife lets just say an Iceberg would be able to cool her off at this point.

When in use, the computer stopped sending image to the screen for a couple of seconds in random intervals.

Great overall start up pc. 2 years later and it’s non stop crashing. Not sure the issue either

Pc display turns off randomly but fans and lights are still on not sure if it’s the graphics card but it just started happening this week

Bought this as an open box item found out all but 3 USB ports don't work hardly and the 3 that do don't always work properly

I really wanted a new computer, specs looked fantastic, I opened it and start dreaming about working and playing with the new machine. It didn't wake from sleep mode and then I realized that it crushes whenever it wants. Working on it wasted my whole Sunday and I returning it.

Sound does not work you may get lucky but be careful.

Computer was ok once all drivers updated. Then started power cycling when in standby mode. Exchanged for another.

This is my first review on any kind of pre-built PC. I usually build my own, but honestly after take a look on the specs of this pc and the price it was on sale for I could not build it for any cheaper. So I broke down a purchased it. Again I have never purchased a pre-built PC, so I was very surprised how clean the wire management was inside. I was thinking that I would have to fix up a bad wiring job, but I was wrong. I did not find any lose wires, all the wires were hiding away and made sure that their tight. Now to the specs, this PC has a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU, a AMD Radeon RX 5700 GPU ( mine came with a XFX RX 5700 brand GPU), with Western Dig 240 SSD, a Seagate Barracuda 2TB SATA drive, and 16 GB DDR4 3000 T-Force Ram and Temp glass left side panel and 3 RGB Case fans and one RGB cpu fan. Last it has Windows 10 Home pre-installed ( this is a time safer for any one that build PCs because it takes time to install this and update it, I would had preferred it had Windows 10 Pro but I could always upgrade that if I see a need for. ) So with all that said and done, I could not see how I could purchase all of these items at the price that best buy had this at. I ended up paying $1116 out the door. So again this was a no brainier for me. Its a great deal!

Has a vibration coming from somewhere but not sure where or why

I have not received this product from the Geek squad as Of March 1st 2020 There is no provisions made inside the case for a n optical drive Cheap? No monitor. No external Audio sound system. Cheap? I will re review it when In get it.

8 days after the 1 year warranty is up my pc broke down!!! Seems to be the grafic card , best buy wont help , now im in talks with manufacturers to see what can be done.

I was set on building my own PC around a Ryzen 7 3700x cpu and geforce 2070 super gpu. Build cost was going to be around 1900$ with tax included w/o even buying a mouse, keyboard and monitor. I then realized this build was all i really needed. Had it for over a week and this can easily run 200fps with a good monitor. This Radeon 5700 gpu is more than enough for the average person and can take anything you can throw at it. Takes under 10 seconds to boot up, quick load times and overall great for beginners. Multi tasking is a breeze. Great Value for what you get.

I loved this PC, the CPU would get noisy at times but it overall did the job. I wanted to get a new PC for Cyberpunk 2077, my last one just wouldn’t cut it. After 3 years, I had decided to upgrade, I wish I had built my own, it would’ve have been cheaper than this pre-built one and would’ve been better. I enjoyed my time with this computer.

Bought this system about a year and a half ago and ever since then, this system was awesome! It's also a steal for the price. You'll find these other machines that cost $1400 but only have a GTX 1660 Super. I paid $1150 for this system and it has a Radeon RX 5700. With this computer, you'll get an average of 300+ FPS in CS:GO and Valorant, 144 in Apex Legends, and 100+ FPS in GTA V. Despite the front panel of the PC having limited airflow, the temps stayed cool, averaging 35-40 Celsius at idle, and about 50-65 Celsius when gaming. Only problem with it is that it gets pretty loud when under load, though I use headphones most of the time so it doesn't really matter. Overall, this PC gets a 5/5 and I would definitely recommend this this to a friend.

So far so good, no issues. However, I don't use this PC for gaming, so I wouldn't know about any problems that could arise playing games on this computer. I like the lights though! Maybe I'll try out a game or two if I feel like getting sucked into a virtual world when I have downtime. But it boots up in seconds, and I actually kind of like Windows 10. So if you're not a heavy gamer but need an up-to-date PC for general use, this will do just fine, it's a well-rounded computer. It just doesn't have some already built-in options like an optical drive or a card reader. And it's kind of large, so not really for people with tight space requirements. There may be some better GPU's to fit this system such as the 2060 Super, but I wouldn't really know because I haven't tried any of those out, let alone tested the limits of my own graphics card.

Just picked this up today. I am so far very happy with it. I love that it came with a keyboard and mouse (wired). I really was not looking forward to spending the 60+ dollars on just a keyboard. Runs very smooth and I have had no issues with the performance so far. My only complaints are that it came with a two dents on the top of the pc on the removable mesh dust guard thing. Also, there was a bit of dust on the outside of the case out of the box. Lastly, i did not enjoy removing the protective foam block that was placed inside the case to protect the components. It was pretty difficult to remove because it was behind chords and there was a mounting piece for something that was not visible so I ended up having to force it out. Since I didn't see the thing, I ended up bending it a bit. No harm no foul, I just bent it back. Other than that, I really love this thing.
