Back to PC gaming after years

Good but I have questions

What is the exact model of the Motherboard it has no manual or anything?

Entry level.

We bought it on a Sunday and had it back at the store Thursday. Immediately after turning it on it said there was a problem with the graphics card and something with the display. Needless to say we were not happy. After taking it back to Best Buy, a few upgrades were installed and it now works.
