By far the worst dang PC I’ve had. I bought a previous pc by cyberpower nearly 3 weeks ago and it stopping working properly and running my games effectively. Come now I just replaced it hopefully for a better experience and my pc is now running slower than it was before. These cyber power guys can’t built a pc for nothing. It’s embarrassing. My last pc $2300 and this one is $2,000. These guys ALSO left a wire in front of my gpu fan so if my gpu is working it won’t spin properly . I’m sure it wasn’t intentional but how serious can you guys be?? I will NEVER buy here twice. The first time I figured well it’s ok mistakes happen. Second time? I have wires misplaced and things going wrong? Twice in a row? You guys are truly garbage bro. Best Buy, cut them OFF. I’m telling you as an employee and as a consumer.

Very nice pc this is my first pc and I’m satisfed with my choice

Purchased on 8/6/25, bought an additional 4TB SSD when I went to install, motherboard was missing the screw to secure it to the motherboard. I contacted Best buy geek squad was told they could not help as they did not have screws, however had I had them install, I'm sure they would have found a screw to use. Contacted CyperPowerPC support was told I had to buy the screws from Amazon. It also seems to crash often. No support from Best Buy at all. They do not back their products at all. It is a running joke in our household that if you buy a product from them you have to make at least 1 to 2 trips back to get something that works as advertised. Would not suggest them for any service or products anymore.

built as good as you would expect for a prebuilt got it for a fair price and more rgb then i know what to do with

The pc is very nice all the doodads and RGB, so i got this bad boy booted up two games i wanted to play, Victoria 3 and Warhammer Total war which ran great. It was only then i tried to run games like InZoi, Ready or Not and schedule 1 the pc freezes up task manager and the pc has to restart to close the game. UNLESS YOU GET A WARRANTY DO NOT GET THIS.

A very well put together PC no issues with unplugged cables or non-working hardware out of the box.

Couple of loose screws here and there, but overall, its a good setup thats pretty quiet during gaming.

PC works right out of the box. All cables and components were plugged in correctly. So far so good.

Got it on sale for around $1700 for the price not bad at all.

Returned it for unexplained shut off if touched near the rear motherboard USB or audio hookups, second one unboxed at store and did same thing. Took refund and bought a different brand PC.

I really wanted to love this machine, but it has been a nightmare. Only two months in, the hard drive completely failed. Because I’m just one week past the return window, I’m stuck with a paperweight unless I pay for a new drive and spend hours reinstalling everything. To make matters worse, I discovered the USB-A ports on the side are also defective and don't recognize any devices. For this price point, I expected a functional PC, not a DIY repair project. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Purchased 11-27-2025. Now 02-09-26 Wont boot. Ssd has tons of bad sectors and wouldn’t boot anymore. Tried all troubleshooting. ALL. Even cyber power tech support couldn’t figure it out. Wants me to ship the whole thing back to them on my own dime and they’ll attempt to fix or replace. They used a Patriot SSD. They had to cheap out somewhere.
