bought it. Turns out the GPU had an issue. Took it back. Got another one. 2nd one looked like bigfoot plugged the motherboard power supply in and roached the pins. Idk if I just have the worst luck or what. Otherwise I liked it. Assembly is lacking or the 2 I tried were assembled at 4 PM on a Friday.

This PC I got twice. One time I bought the pc had a problem with the motherboard. So I brought it back and they gave me this same one and shipped it to my house. I opened the box and it still had the exact same problem. So I just ended up getting a whole different PC brand. Honestly would’ve been better to just have built it but I am first time PC owner and I am happy with the one I have now.

Terrible gaming computer ..the first one we tried wouldn't even boot up had red and yellow light so we returned to store for exchange had the second unit for a week and the same red and yellow light again came on .. returned that one back to store and ended up buying a different computer ..new computer works great the legion computer is a better buy for the 2000 dollars that it costs

Have great aesthetics but the psu is bad it knocked all the power out my room. The psu can not handle power of the gpu and cpu. If you really want this pc make sure you change out the psu. Ended up returning

First gaming pc. Worked for 1 week; went on vacation when I came back and it wouldn’t start up. I get no display and I’ve used it for maybe 10 hours total. So dissapointed. Best Buy also has been no help with fixing the issues. The pc will start, but there is no display.

I returned on mother board went out they replaced it for a new one second one not even month later same thing happened and now I can’t even return and out a lot of money and didn’t even get to use either PC that long ! Best Buy isn’t any help !

I had to return this PC and got a second bad one that had to be returned because the mother boards in both PCs were dead on arrival. Even the gentleman that helped us from geeksquad was stunned. I would not recommend this pc to any one

PC worked great for about five months.. then it just kept cutting off during gameplay. Multiple games too. Replaced th power supply that wasn’t it. Traded it in for buy power PC.

So far disappointed coming GeForce Now Ultimate no problems playing games on that. This here crashes on Call of Duty Blacks ops 6 or hitches a lot I play at 1080p.Obilivion Remastered crashes there too. So far kinda regret paying for this system might return it. Nothing but Dx errors and crashes.

Worst experience I’ve had. Now the second computer giving me the same exact problem. Would highly recommend not buying. Now going to pack this up for the second time and I’m going to get my money back. Will never buy another cyber power again.

No wifi connections available, only want ethernet which isn’t available. No customer support— chat just takes you to sales site and calling is just hours of being on hold. Awful experience, looking to bix back up and return

Had to return this pc had a bad gpu was very excited to use it but wasn’t able to play any games for long without crashing untill the gpu just completely gave up

Gpu broke after only 1 month and mow i have to call cyperppwerpc to replace, totaly a scam

sometimes if you alt tap out of games pc would go black screen and automatic restart itself

The package said game ready. Unfortunately it was not. I had to reinstall windows everyday until I figured out the computer had a bad ssd. Took it to Best Buy geek squad. Sad to say, but they were no help. Told me it was just the software which they do not cover. So all in all 3 out of 10 for me.

Product was great don’t like being lied to to get me to pend another 50 bucks associate told me if I bought a Best Buy plan if item went on sell I could price match in app to get refund app won’t let me when it went on sale less then 30 days after purchase

Hands down, the worst computer I have ever owned. The issues are too numerous to post here. Stay away. You have been warned.

Would not recommend this PC, had to return this barely having it a week. No games would run and it would crash almost constantly

So like others here I've been building computer for decades..back when you actually saved money buying the parts yourself and assembling them. Over they years I only bought one pre built, about 8 years ago from CYBERPOWERPC's actual web site. Back then it was an Intel 9900k and a 2080ti. Since then I've built an AMD 3900x, 5900x with a 3080ti and 3090. They aren't slouches by any means but I figured I was behind enough on both CPU and GPU that it was worth upgrading them together. I looked everywhere, first trying to buy the parts..yeesh..prices are ridiculous, and estimated ship dates were a month a way at the earliest for a similar build. Best Buy could get it to me in a day, and they were local! I've also dealt with them in the past regarding computer parts and they have always been fair about returns or exchanges. Someone else wrote down the specs (thanks man!) and mine were identical so here they are - MB: GIGABYTE B850 Gaming WIFI6 - CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor - GPU: GIGABYTE AMD RADEON RX 9070 XT 16GB VRAM - RAM: XPG Lancer Blade RGB DDR5 6000 MT/s - SSD: WD Green SN3000 2TB M.2 NVME - CyberPower 320mm AIO Cooler - 7 CyberPower 120mm RGB fans (bottom 3 and rear are intake, 3 out on through AIO radiator) THE CASE Phanteks Evolv X2 Black. I will point out that it's important to have this info as you will not be getting manuals (maybe I haven't found them yet but I download all manuals anyway) with the computer so you better download them. Like just opening the case correctly was tough without the manual. As usual CyberpowerPC had their foam inserts protecting the innards during transport. Well packed, box came in good condition. Before I started up the computer (and since I happened to have to remove the foam inserts anyway, i opened the case, and inserted an m2 4 TB ssd in slot 3. The 3 m2 slots are below the gigantic 9070xt so had to remove that first.) Put it back together, boy I hope it boots! IT DID! Ran a few benchmarks, it's scoring in the top 99% The RAM I wanted to increase to 64 GB, but the wait time is about a month, and from what I've read, they can be very finicky so the wait is warranted instead of trying out other ram. Cyberpowerpc did not bloat the installation so you'll have to download the gigabyte software to get all the bells and whistles out of the system. Download ALL the gigabyte command center program and installation recs or some stuff, (like controlling the lights), will not work. Thing is fast, thing is cool, idles at 50c and tops at 70c while my 5900x idled at 60 and topped out at 80. Relatively quiet honestly, and its running a 4k monitor at 100 hz with two 1440p'ss on the side at 60. The aesthetics are remarkable. The graphics card appears to be floating and it is very clean in appearance. Well built, runs fast as all get out, and the price is better than most that you can build yourself, especially with tariffs and the graphics card price hikes that have been going on for years. And their hyper rx thing that triples frame rates on some titles... At any rate, long story short, you can't find much better for the price, (and getting an NVIDIA at this point would be a waste of money since they're so over priced), and I've been using NVIDIA since the GTX 275 days so it says a lot that I made the jump.
