  • Awesome, but some case flaws.

    It is an awesome machine. However, on arrival it wouldn't turn on. I had to troubleshoot and I found out the power button plastic was too long and was pressing into the daughter board, preventing operation. After I used a Dremel I was able to turn the machine on, but not a great look for a $2,000 purchase.

    The employee David who helped me was amazing. I returned a pc wanted to upgrade to something a little better for my kiddos birthday as I dont know much about them and its gonna be used for gaming. The ones I was looking at were more expensive then he explained how and why it was a lot for his age at the moment. In the end I am beyond satisfied

    Legit build for price. Much better to purchase through Best Buy for ease of mind if you ever need customer service. Decent PSU and the GPU was an Asus (which was a nice surpise).

    This Desktop tower PC by Cyberpower looks great. I love the RGB lights on the Ram, GPU, and the fans. The Tempered Glass is great so I can see all inside of the PC. It was easy to setup. Just make sure check all of the cables and cards are plugged all the way in. Everything was good. I have not played any games on it yet.
