I use computers to edit my photographs using photoshop. I need a powerful computer to do this. I’m grateful for the help that the Geek Squad did transferring my work from my old computer to this new computer.

First desktop pc I have bought in years, I love it. The look of the pc itself, the storage, and processing power is all exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this for anyone looking to put together a gaming pc.

I definitely got what I paid for. The packaging was good no problems there and booting up the pc was simple. For the rest of the set up I just looked it up on a YouTube video. Over all great purchase, I regret nothing.

We purchased this PC four months ago for our business. At first, it was fantastic and the upgrade was a breath of fresh air. We started noticing performance issues problems with loading files, as well as connecting to some of our backend applications about three months in. This evening we came into the office to get some work done. The computer had crashed and rebooted back to the bios screen and showed absolutely no functionality with the onboard M.2 . Customer service from the manufacturer has been less than impressive up to this point. Instead of cyber power choosing a quality drive to put in this machine, apparently they chose a less than optimum brand. For the money, you can get on Newegg and purchase a system just as good if not better

Just hooked it up today and so far its been great, no problems hooking it up and everything came perfectly packaged. Some info, for taking off the side panel you have to take the top panel off first, and unscrew a screw under it.

This sounded like a good deal from reviews. Be sure to check all the low reviews BEFORE buying, not just recent ones. This model came with packing material *inside* the machine. The instructions for removal were wrong wrong wrong. CyberpowerPC support online was zero help. Gave me the exact same directions from the flyer inside which were WRING. Turns out there are at least 5 different configurations for removal of the side panel to take out the packing material. Took hours of scouring the internet & watching many YouTubes to find that none of them worked of the machine I bought. Finally found the right one for my particular one: pop off the top panel to find some hidden screws that allow for removal of the side panels. After spending hours & hours on this, then finally getting it all hooked up, it didn’t recognize our monitor. The one that works just fine on our other machine. After all that, I did more research and read all the tips & reviews I could find and it seems this computer is known for components inside for arriving “loose” and the very poor directions instructed to ensure all components were seated properly inside the machine. I’m not a computer tech and have no idea how to remove & reinsert components. It certainly wasn’t obvious from just looking and there were no instructions beyond that. Lots of people reported they have cheap parts & they had to replace all the power & hdmi cables so after 1.5 days of headaches & lots of cursing, I took it back for a full refund and it was good riddance. Thank you Best Buy for the easy return. Have had a home pc for years & years & never had this much trouble or frustration trying to set it up. I got a recommendation from my son-in-law who plays games, for the HP Omen with 2TB storage. Received it today. Setup was a DREAM. Less than 10 minutes. My daughter has been playing WoW all afternoon and said it runs like butter. Same monitor that didn’t work on the cyberpowerpc worked instantly. Nothing was wrong with it which I already knew. I would stay far far away from this brand unless you’re the kind of person who can assemble your own computer. And doesn’t mind replacing parts. And strong. I didn’t realize this machine is 42 pounds so it was tricky for us to manage. Let the buyer beware. This experience was burned into my brain and I’ll never buy this brand of pc. There’s no excuse for their online support not to have a list of all the *different* ways to open a side panel. Also the one I brought was a little cheaper, and came with a bonus external drive. It was a very good deal with zero frustration.

I’ve had this prebuilt for about two weeks now, powered right up and have had no problems, I got this for games like CS2 and I get a comfortable ~400 fps.

Really great machine, but I decided to spend a bit more and get one with a slightly better GPU for AI-related work. Definitely perfect for high-end gaming!

The mice stop working within a week a of use. Fortunately cyberpower costumer service was helpful on that. But at the same time I hate the usb ports. Most of them does not recognize my iphone, which makes me think that either there is drive issues with the hardware.

It was great overall. But! The blue tooth is very unstable, it is hard to connect blue tooth and even it is connected, it will become unstable over 20cm distance from the it.
