built as good as you would expect for a prebuilt got it for a fair price and more rgb then i know what to do with

A very well put together PC no issues with unplugged cables or non-working hardware out of the box.

Good value with plenty of storage on it’s hard drive.

Couple of loose screws here and there, but overall, its a good setup thats pretty quiet during gaming.

PC works right out of the box. All cables and components were plugged in correctly. So far so good.

Display stopped working. Had to pay over 200 dollars for shipping to cyberpowerpc for them to fix their device.

Amazing power for online gaming. Highly recommend! Worth the upgrade.

Purchased on 8/6/25, bought an additional 4TB SSD when I went to install, motherboard was missing the screw to secure it to the motherboard. I contacted Best buy geek squad was told they could not help as they did not have screws, however had I had them install, I'm sure they would have found a screw to use. Contacted CyperPowerPC support was told I had to buy the screws from Amazon. It also seems to crash often. No support from Best Buy at all. They do not back their products at all. It is a running joke in our household that if you buy a product from them you have to make at least 1 to 2 trips back to get something that works as advertised. Would not suggest them for any service or products anymore.

CPU was burned out. I had to return the product, had asked about the inventory since this was a new product, never been used.

Got it on sale for around $1700 for the price not bad at all.

I just retured mine less than 30 days after purchase. Some games would crash on startup and I’d have to force close it. Other games would be laggy & pixelated even on lowest settings. I’m a first time PC buyer and did all i could to try and solve it myself and no luck. Did everything google and chat GPT suggested and no luck.Made an appointment with Geek Squad and they tell me it would be a minimum $100 to see what was wrong. Yeah, no thanks. Seems like I’m not the only one this has happened to.

First gaming pc. Worked for 1 week; went on vacation when I came back and it wouldn’t start up. I get no display and I’ve used it for maybe 10 hours total. So dissapointed. Best Buy also has been no help with fixing the issues. The pc will start, but there is no display.

Has a hard time booting after one month. Specs are good but there myst be faylty connections or sonething

bought it. Turns out the GPU had an issue. Took it back. Got another one. 2nd one looked like bigfoot plugged the motherboard power supply in and roached the pins. Idk if I just have the worst luck or what. Otherwise I liked it. Assembly is lacking or the 2 I tried were assembled at 4 PM on a Friday.

Bought this and took it home. Powered up, was nice and pretty but no signal on GPU and MOBO had both CPU and RAM light on. And stayed on. I tried to reseat everything but the CPU. Nothing worked. Wasn't gonna mess with CPU on a brand new PC. So took it back and went to microcenter and bought a PowerSpec with 9800x3d and 9070 xt for same price.

I really wanted to love this machine, but it has been a nightmare. Only two months in, the hard drive completely failed. Because I’m just one week past the return window, I’m stuck with a paperweight unless I pay for a new drive and spend hours reinstalling everything. To make matters worse, I discovered the USB-A ports on the side are also defective and don't recognize any devices. For this price point, I expected a functional PC, not a DIY repair project. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Returned it for unexplained shut off if touched near the rear motherboard USB or audio hookups, second one unboxed at store and did same thing. Took refund and bought a different brand PC.
