Customers are satisfied with the overall performance, processor speed, easy setup, efficient cooling system, and great value of the Gaming Desktop. However, some customers have reported concerns about fan noise, potential GPU issues, Wi-Fi adapter problems, and RAM speed timings. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of the desktop appear to outweigh the negatives for many users.

Very First PC so i went the Prebuilt route and if you're thinking about getting this one I highly recommend. I will say just double check all screws and also the SSD to ensure they're fully installed mine were loose upon first inspection. But overall no complaints

So this is my first pre build by cyberpowerpc. It came a day earlier than what it was suppose to everything seem fine an pretty easy to set up first problem I had was when I used a hdmi to display port i wouldn’t get any picture on my dual monitor setup. Also would get a red light on the motherboard but when I switch to a regular hdmi it worked fine. Second problem now everytime I reset or turn it off a turn it back on. It goes straight in to bios. I have no idea why or how to stop it. It’s only been two days. If I keep having this problem I’m going take it back

CyberPowerPC really did a great job here. Nothing is cut down OEM, the GPU was brand name, along with the motherboard, ram, case, everything. Impressive!

I’ve been blown away by the performance of this gaming PC. From the moment I powered it on, everything ran incredibly smooth—even the most demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Call of Duty: Warzone on ultra settings. The combination of a powerful CPU and GPU delivers lightning-fast load times, crisp visuals, and consistently high frame rates with zero stuttering. Multitasking is effortless, whether I’m gaming, streaming, or running multiple apps in the background. The build quality is top-notch, the cooling system keeps temps low even during long sessions, and the RGB lighting gives it a sleek, modern look. Overall, this is easily one of the best PCs I’ve ever used—it’s a beast.

I really like this gaming pc but i do have a few reasons why its a 4 out of 5 star instead of 5 star. The ram that it comes with is really poor especially for the price you are paying for the pc. The ram in mine was AX5U 6000C48 16GB DDR5 6000(48HN) CL 48 48 48. So you will definitely have to replace it if you want good ram. When replaceing the ram the pc wouldn't display anything. I had to bring it to a bc shop in order to have the issue resolved
The PC repair shop told me the original ram settings where set really high due to the original ram being so bad. So the pc wouldn't boot up as a safty feature after the new ram was installed. They ended up fix the issues and my new good ram was installed. The other problem i had an issues with was the RGB settings. When trying to set different RGB settings the program would freeze up and ether crash and close or just stay frozen. I updated it and the problem still counted. After an hour it eventually worked and stopped freezing and crashing.
I just think there should've been better ram and RGB lightning installed for the price you are paying. Otherwise its a really good pc gaming is great its fast and has great frame rates. It has plenty of ports and everything is very well mounted. There are no loose parts and has a good cooling flow. In the end i am happy with my purchase and im very satisfied with how well gaming is on it. I definitely think its worth the buy but recommend you upgrade the ram.

Aside from a couple issues, this is a phenomenal PC at this price point for a prebuilt in the current pc market. My 2 issues are that the fans are louder than they should be, and my wifi built in on this build(wifi 6) was only pulling about 40 mbps even though my previous pc in the same exact location(wifi 5) was pulling around 500 mbps. I have gigabit and others in my house are getting the proper speeds for their respective wifi adapter in the same location. I have ran an ethernet cable for now, which is of course ideal and im getting my full connection, just with how my house is set up i havent ran ethernet properly. Otherwise its been an absolutely phenomal beast of a pc performing exactly as you would expect it to!

I typically build my own computers. This was an insane deal that I had gotten on this product so I decided to pull the trigger. It came well setup including the bios ram settings and the majority of the drivers right out of the box. I still encourage that you make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of your software which will take 15-30 minutes with a couple youtube videos if you do not know what to do. It is a powerful rig for 1080-1440P play. Depending on the game you will be able to play high/ultra with minimal AI upscale. I play 1080 360HZ and have been able to crush everything with this rig. I also think AMD/AMD is a much smoother experience than AMD/NVIDIA. I have a 78X3D 32RAM 9070XT rig and a 78X3D 64RAM 4090 rig and I have enjoyed this one a lot for a smoother FPS experience. The 4090 obviously crushes games with "Quality" but for the money this cannot be beat. Only nit pick is it needs some wire tidying in the back and the MB LED connection on my rig wasn't done so it just sat in default rainbow until I did it. You will need a phillips head screwdriver to get into the case.

Have been looking to upgrade my pc for a while now, and just recently came across some money from my sales job. I was having trouble deciding whether to build or buy a pre-built, but once I saw this bad boy I had to get it! It's an absolute beast, will run any game I throw at it at 4k ultra settings at 60+ fps! The only problem I had is that right out of the box the Aura Sync app that came preinstalled wouldn't let me change the RGB. However, after a system reset and a fresh installation of Windows, I downloaded Armoury Crate for Fan & Ram RGB control, and ASRRGBLED for the graphics card RGB control and now it works great! 10/10 would recommend, just keep in mind you may need to download software other than the app provided upon unboxing.

I was trying to find a good PC that would allow me to do graphics and editing work for my day job, while also being able to do a little bit of gaming on the side. The specs on this PC were just what i wanted, with a good amount of memory, a great graphics card and good CPU. I did have an issue when setting it up originally as the office where it lives had an overloaded circuit. Just turning it on flipped the breaker as it was so much more powerful than the last computer. After getting it in a new spot with a non-overloaded circuit, it runs like a dream. Plus the case is gorgeous.

Better than I'd hoped it would be. The Ryzen 7 3D processor prevents any bottlenecking like I had with my previous setup. The 16GB GPU handles every game Ive played on high or ultra settings. So far the lowest fps Ive gotten is around 180, but that matches the refresh rate of my monitor so it could probably be higher.
Everything about this PC is just awesome. I also didnt realize the difference a better ethernet port would make in terms of download/upload speeds. Before I was downloading games at around 70MBs per second. Now with this PC its around 500MB per second. Crazy difference.

This computer has been amazing. Build quality was great out of the box. This computer is a gigantic upgrade from 8 year old gaming pc. I typically play FPS games and this pc plays everything at max settings without a problem. At max graphic settings I’m getting 450+fps @ 1440p on Warzone. That’s all I can really ask for.
The only bad thing I have to say about it is that the fans are a bit loud when gaming. But, I use a headset so it’s not a big deal for me.
I would recommend.

Excellent prebuilt. It's a fair deal considering the parts in it and the MSRP.
GPU is stellar. Default fans are a little loud but do a nice enough job to not sound too crazy when running newer games like Indiana Jones or South of Midnight on Ultra settings.
My advice to any prospective buyer is to focus your next purchase on more RAM because this prebuilt has two free RAM slots, and if you're buying this thing, you might as well go all out.
This prebuilt gets you really close to an ideal gaming set-up. The case is huge but it's nice!
