Ol' 4770k gtx 1070 rig finally bought the farm. At the time of purchase this cyberpower rig was about the only way to get a decnt gpu "near" msrp. Paid 1849.99 approx 2100 after tax. Recieved my order the day after i placed it and the package was in great shape. Only issues out of the box were the usb case cable was loose and smart access memory (SAM) was disabled due to legacy bios (CSM) easy enough to fix but bios settings should not be incorrect on a prebuilt it should be plug and play. This is my first amd rig and it has been great adrenalin is excellent software and optiscaler + fsr 4 make for excellent 4k performance. As with most prebuilts the psu is fairly cheap as is the nvme neither have been an issue to this point. All in all you make some minor concessions on parts for convenience so far quite satified with the purchase.

I cant recommend buying a machine from them after my most recent experience. First, you have no way of knowing what brand or configuration the actual components are. After I got this, I noticed that the fans seemed loud. Also my XFX 9070xt only had two fans, not three like every other 9070xt. After digging online to try and understand why, it appears that XFX may have a SKU intended to be sold in China with dual fans. So, I called tech support on 6/18 to ask about it. Immediately the tech said we don’t have any dual fan 9070XT models and implied that either me or an employee at Bestbuy had swapped that card out. After some back and forth I asked, “don’t you have the serial number of the card you installed in this machine” He then put me on hold for a while and told me that he would need to get back with me after he could speak to someone above him. The next day (6/19) I got a call back from the same guy, (Raymond). Raymond tells me that card was installed in my machine by mistake. I would need to send it back for replacement. He tells me that I would be responsible for shipping it back at a carrier of my choosing. So, I packed it up and took it to the USPS to ship Priority. Totally forgot 6/19 was a Federal Holiday, which is ironic because later that night they sent me a UPS return shipping label! I agreed to send it back since I couldn’t find anything official to suggest this was even an actual graphics card XFX made for the US market. Down the road, I don’t want to have issues getting new fans or trying to explain what it is when I try to sell it for something new. I reached out to them yesterday for a status update and was told, “It is currently in RMA status, being looked at making sure no damage occurred during shipping. Replacements typically take about 7-10 business days for the replacement to ship” Now it’s 7/1 and I have no idea where I’m at in the return process. Maybe 7-10 more days. I have no idea what they’ll send me or when. In hind sight, I wish I would have asked them to send me a new graphics card first. It was their mess up, by their own admission. All I know, is I have a $2,000 machine with no GPU in it.

This was my first “good” pc and I am so happy with this! I play valorant and pubg. I get 600fps on valorant and 360fps on pubg I am so happy! I was using r5 3600 and gtx 1060 but now my pc is overpowered!

Just picked up thus beast of a pc from my local store and it is awesome. I know some people give a bad name to pre built pc's, but this cyberpowerpc is no joke. Has good quality components with 7800x3d which is probably still the 2nd best gaming cpu you can get (9800x3d being the best). And the 9070xt performs better than my friends 5080 that he has on his pc haha. Point of reference he spent about 900 dollars just on that gpu alone. Geek squad helped me get it to run at its full potential and i could not be happier

Perfect AMD blend. Great CPU and GPU combo with plenty of power to spare. Great purchase with an upgradable chassis and motherboard.

(First day) Amazing pc and runs minecraft with the sodium and Iris with the photon shaders and Terralith and tectonic world gen mods and makes the game run and look like a dream

This has been a fantastic pc running every game and even photoshop flawless. I could not have built this for the price I paid in store

The guide it comes with is very helpful for someone new and the rgb is amazing. Keyboard and mouse it comes with is niceeee. No issues whatsover best gaming pc for the price!

Amazing specs to value ratio! Has no issues running games at 4k. Having a blast on oblivion remaster at all ultra settings native 4k

I recently bought this prebuilt because my laptop stopped working. I immediately noticed the difference. It’s a $2000 computer and I would be genuinely suprised if it wasn’t able to run all games with no issues so nothing crazy here. I wish they would have included some custom power supply cables and a better psu itself but all in all not too bad of a system.

Great bang for the buck considering the current pc market. Running all my games so much better than before. Solid prebuilt. No issues found with assembly

Amazing prebuild, only issue I came across is my AIO has a flicker issue with its RGB, But overall the pc preforms amazingly.
