Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the overall performance, processor speed, easy setup, efficient cooling system, and great value of the Gaming Desktop. However, some customers have reported concerns about fan noise, potential GPU issues, Wi-Fi adapter problems, and RAM speed timings. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of the desktop appear to outweigh the negatives for many users.

I'm more than happy with the PC, although something happened that really left a bad taste in my mouth. First, I got a desktop like this one, but it came with the XFX 9070XT graphics card. Honestly, when I connected the Ethernet cable, it worked excellently, but I had issues with the Wi-Fi. So, I thought the problem was the motherboard and got another similar one, but this time it came with the 9070XT assembled by Gigabyte. Unfortunately, it's noisier and heats up more. In the end, the Wi-Fi issue was actually caused by AT&T, which really disappointed me. The computer itself is excellent, but the problem is that it's louder with the Gigabyte graphics card. I would have preferred it to come with the XFX-assembled graphics card.

Computer is awesome! All Asus parts in mine. Got the 9700x3d and 9070xt. Perfect what I need and definitely a reasonable price! Individually pieced together, it would have only been $50 more to put the same thing together piece by piece. Definitely would buy again!

I’ve only had it for a week, but so far so good and overall a solid build, but also not thrilled that I received the Gigabyte build as opposed to the Xfx like I see in many of the other reviewers images. I looked up all of the components and the cost to build myself including a windows11 license would have been pretty much the same, so thats quite impressive and the main reason for 5 stars instead of 4. My two main gripes: 1. Graphics Card. Gigabyte instead of Xfx, while still not horrible I do question the quality in comparison. 2. Motherboard. It uses wifi6, if they had not included the antenna I would not even be able to connect and my router is only 10 feet away. After tinkering with all of my adapter settings, I’m squeezing out ~200mb/s download which is not horrible but I should be getting at least double that. The third would’ve been how loud this thing is. There’s no reason for the fans to go into jet engine mode when I’m just compiling some code, however, I remedied this by lowering the curve of the rpms in the Gigabyte Control Center and it is now much much quieter. There’s also a “Silent” mode if you’re worried about manually adjusting, but still do so with caution if you tend to throw a lot at your machine (I’m not a gamer).

Great prebuilt PC. The build quality is excellent. Cabling and organization inside are both clean. The performance exceeded my expectations. Don’t sleep on the AI frame rate generation of the GPU. I consistently maintain 180 frames on AAA games on high and ultra graphics settings with an ultrawide 1440p monitor. My only complaint is that it can get loud at high fan speeds. But my cpu and gpu temps have stayed low, so I’ll take the noise for the performance.

This is my 4th gaming PC and has absolutely been the best, the 9070 XT runs anything I've thrown at it completely smooth and solid. FF16, Oblivion Remastered, Modded Skyrim, even things like Cyberpunk. On top of that this is the most affordable rigs you can find. This is most genuinely a gem!

This is a PC that will not give issues for many years, both the processor and the graphics cars are top of the line, the AMD Ryzen 78000X3D processor is still very sought after and very powerful, the fact that is in a prebuild pc is amazing in its self. The graphic card is 16 Gigs and is plenty and more for the modern games. This Compute is AMD centered and is perfect for the everyday gamer, so far ive only played Fortnite and i play it at max settings without any hiccups. Even using it fort unreal engine editor, there are no issues and building games have been smooth, for the price it is justified and your getting a PC that will be relevant for many years to come. This is a great buy in my opinion.

So far I am very happy with this gaming desktop. The combination of the AMD Ryzen 7 78003D CPU and AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU and 32GB RAM for under $2k is a great deal. The only problems I have had are a screw that was too tight, and a fan that was not spinning at first. Both were simple fixes, and it's run like a dream since then.

Beast of a PC — Perfect Pairing with OLED Monitor!

Picked this up after a ton of research, and it’s easily one of the best prebuilt systems I’ve owned. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RX 9070 XT combo absolutely flies through every game I’ve thrown at it. Paired it with my new LG UltraGear 27GS95QE-B OLED monitor, and the experience is unreal — super high frame rates, flawless VRR support, and beautiful HDR. I previously had a Gigabyte M28U 4K monitor with a Series X for my desk setup, but this PC made me realize how much better 1440p OLED with high frames feels. I’ve been hitting 240fps in Party Animals and other titles on high/ultra settings without breaking a sweat. CyberPower did a great job with the build — clean cable management, solid airflow, and everything worked out of the box. If you’re after a high-performance AMD build that’s ready for serious gaming, this is the one to get. Highly recommend pairing it with a fast OLED monitor if you want to get the absolute most out of this setup!

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when purchasing this for my husband, but wow - this absolutely delivered and then some. We played very recent titles on this, Elder Scrolls Remastered, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and the new Doom game that dropped this week. All played in fully maxed settings, 4K plugged into a 65 inch OLED TV, just literally everything maxed out and zero stutters. If you are looking for an incredibly powerful gaming computer, and you don’t want to have to build one from scratch, this one absolutely fits the bill. The first one I bought did have an issue with the graphics card being basically DOA. I returned it to the local store, they gave me zero grief, gave me an identical machine, and everything has been perfect ever since. Truly fantastic. Really happy with this purchase. Great thermals, no issues at all. Enjoy!

No cap, this PC is totally goated. The speed? It absolutely slays. Loading the desktop or launching a massive game is instant, giving zero time for the lag monster to even show up. The CPU/GPU combo is unhinged, meaning your high-key demanding school projects—like 4K video editing or running complex data sims—are done before your brain can process the assignment. When it comes to gaming, this rig sends it, running everything on Ultra settings while still delivering buttery-smooth frames. If you need a clean setup that handles your academic grind and gives you main character energy during marathon gaming sessions, this is the one. Period.

Everything you’d expect from a prebuilt from a main name in the game. Performance was good, ram already set to advertised speeds. The only things to be aware of is the fans run on a baseline of 40% constantly without altering the curve and the case uses an archaic method of retaining the side panels involving removing the top cover, unbolting a vertical bolt and then defeating a friction lock to lift away. At this price, it’s a little more expensive than ordering and assembling the components but that is definitely what you pay extra for.
