The PC has good FPS and has great graphics overall a good buy and can’t beat the price

This computer came at an affordable price and included all of the specs I was looking for. Easy to set up. Included a wifi connector too which i was not expecting! The wires are neatly nestled inside. I enjoy the LED lights too.

easy to set up runs perfect. I did however have one fan does not turn on. but it eventually did. Not sure what happened there but overall, very happy.

Brand new to PC gaming. Was skeptical about this, but it’s worth every penny. Playing call of duty, Forza , and battlefield on high settings and it runs flawless

It came fully put together and there were no errors booting up. The mouse that came with it didn't work but everything else worked perfectly.

I would recommend this pc to a gamer that wants to play 2k high settings at 200fps

Simple to settup and put together and it goes with the shape of my room nicely.

I am absolutely furious with my recent experience purchasing. I expected a reliable machine and premium service, but instead, I feel completely ripped off. Because of my incredibly busy work schedule I order this online plus their store are far away and it took me about a week to finally unbox and set up the computer once I got it in the mail.Exactly one week after that, the system started experiencing major hardware failures. When I checked to see how to return this defective product, I discovered Best Buy’s ridiculous, anti-consumer 15-day return window had already closed. Because I live far away from the nearest physical store and work demanding hours, making a rushed trip in that tiny timeframe was impossible.Out of desperation, I had to pay $40 out of my own pocket to a bestnuy technician to look at it online, hoping it was just a quick software fix. Instead, they confirmed it is a major hardware defect and told me it has to go back to the store anyway. Selling junk that breaks in 7 days, and then using a hyper-restrictive return policy to trap customers who live far away, feels like a total scam. Best Buy clearly does not care about working professionals or customer satisfaction. Save your money and buy directly from the manufacturer or a retailer that actually stands behind what they sell. I will never buy from them again.

Grey plastic on inside looks cheap. I was not impressed when I took it out the box. While in line at best buy returning the computer another person was in line to return the exact same one saying they couldn't play certain games on it.

Faulty RAM. There's a reason the price keeps dropping. They aren't making it with quality materials. Do not buy.

Product stopped working within days, couldn’t handle Fortnite I guess, can’t get ahold of anyone at the store keeping getting sent to an ai bot no help to be found
