Replaced our older all in one unit. Fast start up, working speed, and ease of use. Was concerned about going back to a full system due to space constraints after having an all in one for years but it is the best choice we have ever made for a computer system.

Had trouble with the first unit, kind of blew up Christmas morning. BB replaced it with the same SKU which seems to have better components for the same $$. Good first gaming machine for my kid. Good customer care.

Nice! All included except Monitor. Wish I’d came with Monitor also however we found one! Was easy set up for my 14 year old son. Defined recommended.

Love the PC, only got 4 stars because it's a bit confusing on how to use the rgb software but other than that it's great. 120 fps on demanding games ultra settings for 1080p. 300 fps on Valorant and 600 fps on rocket League for an idea. The Rx 7700 silently launched a few months ago and it's amazing. 16gb vram is insane. Recommend this for anyone who can afford it until the gpu price spice happens.

It was a slick looking powerful PC. However not even a week later it went into a continual reboot error. All things were tried to fix this issue but we couldn't fix it which usually means a hardware issue. If you decide to buy this make sure you get an extended warranty.

Nice- pricey but nice. I felt is very pricey for beginning however it a good product.

The tower looks amazing with the glass feature that allows you to see the brilliant lights. My daughter has been using it as a gaming computer and is enjoying it so much.

Great experience picking up this PC. I have been trying to build a customer PC for a while to make sure I get a good system that will last. This prebuilt PC made the process simple and cheaper to produce. Very good parts! I'm enjoying this build.

Came on time and in prestine condition. Highly recommend and if you're new to PCs don't be like me and forget to insert the included WiFi antennas into the pc.

Great Gaming computer. Staff was very helpful in picking out the appropriate computer for son. They e plained how this one can be modified in the future. Hes very happy!

As the price of PCs increase this was a very nice value for a first time gaming PC. So far so good, very happy with the purchase and the kids love it.

This was not a good purchase, I've only had it for slightly over a month... and it's had issues. Even with the updating of drivers, and using official software, this was rather difficult to justify as a good purchase. I'm probably not buying a PC through Best Buy again, with the cold shoulder I've gotten through Best Buy at my local store. There was questionable build quality to this machine, as well. Now I understand why I was told to avoid CyberPower and iBuyPower. Fooled me once, but never again. Just wish I could get store credit, or a refund for this, doubt I'll be able to sell a ~1k computer with it's flaws overall.
