Great Gaming PC. Price is good and the Pc looks good. The lights on the fans looks very good. Wish they come with a better keyboard and mouse.

It was a slick looking powerful PC. However not even a week later it went into a continual reboot error. All things were tried to fix this issue but we couldn't fix it which usually means a hardware issue. If you decide to buy this make sure you get an extended warranty.

The tower looks amazing with the glass feature that allows you to see the brilliant lights. My daughter has been using it as a gaming computer and is enjoying it so much.

I think it's excellent, it works very well and fast.

Great Gaming computer. Staff was very helpful in picking out the appropriate computer for son. They e plained how this one can be modified in the future. Hes very happy!

Came on time and in prestine condition. Highly recommend and if you're new to PCs don't be like me and forget to insert the included WiFi antennas into the pc.

As the price of PCs increase this was a very nice value for a first time gaming PC. So far so good, very happy with the purchase and the kids love it.

Great experience picking up this PC. I have been trying to build a customer PC for a while to make sure I get a good system that will last. This prebuilt PC made the process simple and cheaper to produce. Very good parts! I'm enjoying this build.

This was not a good purchase, I've only had it for slightly over a month... and it's had issues. Even with the updating of drivers, and using official software, this was rather difficult to justify as a good purchase. I'm probably not buying a PC through Best Buy again, with the cold shoulder I've gotten through Best Buy at my local store. There was questionable build quality to this machine, as well. Now I understand why I was told to avoid CyberPower and iBuyPower. Fooled me once, but never again. Just wish I could get store credit, or a refund for this, doubt I'll be able to sell a ~1k computer with it's flaws overall.

Very good machine for a reasonable price. Case makes it easily upgradable as well, highly recommend this desktop.

I love this pc, its my first pc i ever had and it came with EVERYTHING YOU NEED. 10/10 i recommend to get it as your first.

When the computer is working it performs well, but anytime it tries to update it starts throwing error codes and restarts randomly. I plan on returning this soon since the only time it will work for an extended period is after resetting the bios

This is a short term review everything was in great shape no missed connectors build quality is excellent no issues in the first month .
