Very nice, son loves it. Directions for set up were not completely clear- but we figured it out after a call to customer service. Had to attach the antenna for WiFi to work.

It was a slick looking powerful PC. However not even a week later it went into a continual reboot error. All things were tried to fix this issue but we couldn't fix it which usually means a hardware issue. If you decide to buy this make sure you get an extended warranty.

First gaming pc and i love it. Pretty fast and great graphics.

Nice- pricey but nice. I felt is very pricey for beginning however it a good product.

Good for the price, but I did return for a better model.

When the computer is working it performs well, but anytime it tries to update it starts throwing error codes and restarts randomly. I plan on returning this soon since the only time it will work for an extended period is after resetting the bios

It’s ok. Had to call customer service already about the graphics card.

We opened the box and the glass on the PC was out of place on all side and brackets holding them were bent. Cool setup. Poor quality in terms of how they built it

Bought This Pc November 17 2025. As Of Jan 16 2026 This Pc Turned Off On It’s Self When I Was Playing. I Don’t Know What Happened But It Doesn’t Turn Back On.

I bought this PC after thinking MacOS would be worse than this PC. Ironically I was very wrong after like 1 MONTH OF JUST USING THE THING IT DECIDED TO STOP WORKING BECAUSE THE GPU STOPPED WORKING.

Had to take this back because it would work and best buy couldn't even get it to reset.

Looks good and works well,This PC looks great and performs well. As a gamer, I love it because it offers a good balance between power and performance without breaking the bank. While I usually build my own computers, I decided to purchase this one because of its price and the ability to upgrade any part in the future. I play games like Battlefield 6 and Flight Simulator, and it runs smoothly. Additionally, I do a lot of programming and CAD design, and this computer meets all my basic needs for both gaming and work.

I’m really enjoying this pc I love the graphics are amazing and speed is great. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Decent parts for the price. One downside to the case is the io ports are on the bottom left of the case instead of the top so they are a little harder to use. The PC boots up quickly and smoothly. Overall its a great PC for first time buyer.
