I'm only giving it a 4 because i believe the fans are inadequate for the heat this Desktop produces. I believe they should be a little stronger and a lot less quieter but everything else is on point I'd definitely upgrade ram due to it being a single stick 16gb but its still enough to multitask especially with dual monitor set up. Graphics card is phenomenal genuine workhorse while its not the xt it still has 16gb vram

I needed a new PC for Windows 11, and this one turned out great. The cable management is excellent, and the RGB lighting looks amazing! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the air cooler, but that was no big deal, I easily swapped it out for a liquid cooler to improve cooling performance. It also arrived super fast, which was a nice bonus. Overall, an excellent computer!

Decent starter computer. The mouse and keyboard are entry level, buy a more gamer friendly keyboard and mouse.

This team is so great that I got two! I use one for gaming and the other for streaming. I really recommend getting two, but if you’re on a budget, one should work just fine. And definitely grab it at your local Best Buy!

This was a Christmas gift to my son! He loves it! I was unsure of what to purchase as his first gaming computer and the salesman assured me that this was the way to go! I’m pleased with my purchase & so is he!!!

Nice! All included except Monitor. Wish I’d came with Monitor also however we found one! Was easy set up for my 14 year old son. Defined recommended.

I finally purchased my first gaming PC andI chose this one after months long research and comparing pricing with equipment and this was a great deal! I am so very please with my PC and it's so stylish as well. I will probably purchase from CP in the future if I need another upgrade

Replaced our older all in one unit. Fast start up, working speed, and ease of use. Was concerned about going back to a full system due to space constraints after having an all in one for years but it is the best choice we have ever made for a computer system.

Had trouble with the first unit, kind of blew up Christmas morning. BB replaced it with the same SKU which seems to have better components for the same $$. Good first gaming machine for my kid. Good customer care.

Love the PC, only got 4 stars because it's a bit confusing on how to use the rgb software but other than that it's great. 120 fps on demanding games ultra settings for 1080p. 300 fps on Valorant and 600 fps on rocket League for an idea. The Rx 7700 silently launched a few months ago and it's amazing. 16gb vram is insane. Recommend this for anyone who can afford it until the gpu price spice happens.

This is my first ever PC, and so far I heavily enjoy it. It's fast, reliable and very cost effective. It came with a keyboard and mouse too!

This gaming PC is amazing, I can run some of my favorite games on max settings and it runs smoothly. Would recommend to anyone going for an affordable PC.

PC was in good condition out of the box. Easy set up and worked fine right away. Haven't played many games yet, but it runs rainbow six siege and project zomboid pretty well. Haven't been able to get the panel off protecting the power supply as the screw is stripped. Other than that, I'd recommend this PC.

It was a slick looking powerful PC. However not even a week later it went into a continual reboot error. All things were tried to fix this issue but we couldn't fix it which usually means a hardware issue. If you decide to buy this make sure you get an extended warranty.

Great purchase. Works how I want it to and gets high fps(more than 200) in most games. 10/10 would recommend

The tower looks amazing with the glass feature that allows you to see the brilliant lights. My daughter has been using it as a gaming computer and is enjoying it so much.

Great experience picking up this PC. I have been trying to build a customer PC for a while to make sure I get a good system that will last. This prebuilt PC made the process simple and cheaper to produce. Very good parts! I'm enjoying this build.

Came on time and in prestine condition. Highly recommend and if you're new to PCs don't be like me and forget to insert the included WiFi antennas into the pc.
