So far, mostly good. Initially I couldn't see anything after the initial boot logo, so I thought there might be something wrong with the software. Tried onboard video, switching cables, (HDMI), and then lastly, in a last ditch effort, monitors. That one seemed to do the trick. I had tried resetting the PC to factory settings, but it had gotten stuck, and never went anywhere. I then went to a display port cable on my original monitor and that worked as well. After getting the computer up and running, (it booted into windows even though it initially had failed to do the software reset), it seems to be mostly working fine. After using it a couple weeks, it's been frozen a couple times when I get to it in the morning. The SSD is painfully small for a desktop system, and I will try putting in a larger one with a fresh install of Windows to see if that helps with the occasional odd software glitch or two. Other than that, CPU seems to be running average temperatures, as well as the GPU. Gaming has been fine, (Far Cry 5 so far with mostly maxed settings, approx 60-80 fps).

Purchased product for my sons birthday, Arrived on time no problem. Very impressed overall with product. Plug in and connect and ready to go. Wifi connection very fast, speed is awsome and gaming is flawless. Very nice case and really impressed so far. Great gaming computer.

I absolutely love this computer! My first real gaming desktop, and it's even better than I expected. I was planning on building my own, but the prices were a little too high for me at the moment. I'm glad I found this, and it was on sale! I would highly recommend this computer. I use it for business first, and gaming when I have the time. With that said, it games like a dream with every game I've played so far! It boots up in 12-13 seconds, everything is so smooth, and fast response to everything I throw at it. I was in desperate need of a new pc, and this was exactly what I've been wanting for a few years now. I couldn't be happier with this, especially with CyberPowerPC as a whole. Really nice and helpful tech support, they contacted me for an error I had made on the registration, and answered my questions prior to purchasing. Thanks, guys!

Fantastic computer! Very fast and well rounded, it also came with a keyboard and mouse which are of great quality (though not my personal preference). Slick appearance, plenty of USB ports, lots of cooling fans. It's the first computer I've had with a transparent view of the inside :^ ). My only two complaints (if I had to nitpick) is that there's not a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti version of this bundle (though maybe I haven't looked hard enough). There's also the fact it comes in only one color, though I'm sure they sell the same pre-built computer but with RGB lights (I should've looked before I bought lol). Thanks CyberPowerPC, you've never let me down before, you haven't let me down now!

In the past several years I have generally built my own system. But due to cost of GPU of late due to mining I saw buying one made more sense. I have looked at many different systems and builds by different manufactures and this one just had every thing any one could want. Several fans for cooling room for more... great power...great on games...have been Playing Empyrion on max settings with almost no issues...The fans are quite ...I mean exceptionally quite... the system is less than a foot from me at the moment and I do not hear it unless i focus on it. If you want a system one of these is well worth looking into it. Cyberpower has my vote and respect.

I was in need of a new computer, one that will do photo editing for my lady and some gaming for me. Decided that the ryzen 7 would be a nice touch and the 16gb of ram would really help with the editing. I wasn’t planning on gaming hard in this thing and then I started running titles like far cry 5 to name one on 4K ultra settings. Man I can’t stop! Haven’t cut my Xbox on to game on it in a month now. Gaming at those settings haven’t even put a dent on the computers abilities. I only really hear it throttle up when my girl starts running photoshop and Lightroom together and it still doesn’t use that much cpu power. I’ve just been blown away with this thing. Mine had the Zotac 1070ti card which costs anywhere from $550-600 by itself. I’m glad I went this route with how much gpus cost right now. I def would recommend!

Definitely worth every penny! Shipping was fast! Computer is even faster! Graphics are AMAZING! You can not go wrong with this gaming computer. Now I know why Best Buy is called Best Buy, this computer is the BEST!

Only took a week to get, picked up from store took it home hooked it up and has been running all my games on high fps and is very fast great computer it looks awesome for a good price very happy gamer

Most PC gaming enthusiasts will tell you that you should always build your own PC, or at least purchase all the components and assemble it yourself or have a local shop help you with the build. That being said, this PC is great and I have no regrets going with a pre-built. A few considerations as to why a pre-built is not always the best option, which apply to this computer, are that it comes with not the best cooling/fans, it has an older model motherboard, the RAM/memory is a cheaper brand and at a low frequency (2400), and the power supply is not certified (i.e. Gold). You do not get to choose the specific components, and while it came with the exact specifications listed, the GPU is a Zotac 1070 ti MINI. I would not have chosen the Mini for this computer for several reasons. The only real reason to go with a mini GPU is in small form factor builds, and this is a large case. The smaller/Mini card size means it's cooling and thermals are inferior to a larger card. For this reason, the GPU is very loud with the fans constantly spinning even while at idle. Choosing to purchase a pre-built system means you don't get to choose the components inside, but otherwise I'm very happy with the performance of this system.

I built my last PC 6 years ago, but with the Video Card bubble, that proved to be prohibitively expensive this time. This PC is a steal. The CPU is fantastic, even if you never overclock it. The GTX 1070Ti is almost the exact same specs as a GTX 1080, which means it can handle anything on Max settings. My fans are quiet. Overall I could not be more pleased. This PC is highly recommended.

I saved up my money for a long time to get a really powerful gaming computer. I went with this model and am really happy with it. I love that it’s VR ready and is super fast.

This computer not only looks slick, it runs slick. Flawless out of the box, super easy setup, and booting up with the SSD is lightning fast. Since I use SOME old software, the lack of a DVD drive was a bit inconvenient, but for most things that shouldn't be an issue these days. Absolutely amazing guts, all name brand, no generics whatsoever. A good value at $1500, and a total steal on Black Friday at $1100. So glad we made this purchase!

This is my first gaming PC (I've previously only been a console gamer). It can run any simulation game I can throw at it, including Planet Coaster (a notoriously resource-hungry game), on graphical settings ranging from "pretty good" to "absolutely amazing". I really love it so far and I'm looking forward to several years of gaming fun with it before I upgrade to another, higher-powered Cyberpowerpc model. If I could change one thing about it, I'd give it rainbow fans. The fans only run red. But the very sweet and friendly Cyberpowerpc customer support guy helped me find great RGB fans and explained the basics of how to install them, so that's going to be Baby's First PC Mod project :) Overall, I absolutely love this computer and would strongly recommend it as a first gaming PC to anyone who wants to dip their paws into the world of high-end PC gaming at a comparatively reasonable price point. Amazing value and unbelievable performance with lots of room in the case for a ton of upgrades. If you're on the fence, go for it! You won't regret picking this one.

I went to best buy asking for some advice on building a system, TJ advised me that he himself had built a system and that he recommended this system due to the price and all the features it has. I setup the system in my home and it was real easy. I use it for photo shop and premier editing and it works great! Thank you for the ease of providing products and thank you for shipping it so fast, you guys over delivered!

I'm happy with the computer so far. I've played Fallout 4 on ultra without any heating issues using stock fans, and it runs like butter. I was happy that Best Buy price matched Walmart a week after my purchase, since it was $100 cheaper. One complaint is they could have put a full sized ATX motherboard in the case, and the mini form they have does not have enough room for much expansion of anything, not even more fans (the case has an unused top fan space). But this is a fix for a bigger better PC build in a year or two, so I'm not worried. There is an M.2 slot open that will accept a nice SSD upgrade. I recommend migrating the OS to NVMe, as it will be way snappier than on the SSD included. Also, there's an annoying scratchy sound to the front panel fans occasionally. I haven't figured out if something is loose or cabling is in the way, but the front panel does make sounds that it shouldn't.

I was looking into building a gaming PC myself, but with all the crypto Apocalypse going on my best option was to buy it pre-build. To my surprise, this computer have everything that I need and more. Awesome performance in gaming and running my design software.

After a month of research, finally bought this pre-built PC from Best Buy. I'm happy with my purchase as this is the best value for money I'm getting than building my own. Pros: 1. Super fast boot 2. Ryzen 7 2700X is amazingly fast 3. 4K editing is smooth 4. Comes with a SSD (boot drive) & 2 TB HDD 5. 4 CPU fans Cons: 1. Motherboard is kinda cheap 2. RAM is 2400 MHz Overall happy with my purchase!! :)

Got this computer for Christmas and out of all the other one’s we were comparing too this is the best for the buck and performance. Starts up great and ends great. Can’t go wrong with this machine!!!!
