Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent performance, especially in gaming and design software, as well as the fast boot times thanks to the solid-state drive. The graphics card and quiet operation are also frequently praised, along with the ample storage space provided. While some users would prefer different lighting options, and others note the power supply may limit future upgrades, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.

I was stoked when I got an email that my PC was ready for pickup because it was 5 days early! I got home and opened it up and was happy to see the quality parts it came with. I'm excited to really put the AMD 2700X and the 1070ti to the test. I've had 0 issues so far with this computer.

This product is an amazing gaming desktop and I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase one. It has great specs and does not cost more than it would cost you to build it yourself. I would purchase another one if I had not already spent all my money on the first.

I bought this computer as the first gaming computer in the family. After a long search we picked the CYBERPOWER for all the right reasons, a great computer, all the right components, and great customer support. Set up was extremely easy and it feels like we are riding a rocket!

This is the first pre-built PC I've ever purchased and am pleasantly surprised with how much I like it. The amount of fans is brilliant. Set up was very simple, just remove the foam and plug it in. I did have to swap out the power cord but that was the only snag.

My computer came damaged with the front case cracked off. It seems it was mishandled by the delivery people. Called up CyberPower and they sent me a new one right away. Computer runs great and is a great deal for the price.

    Bad Service

I don't typically leave negative reviews, however, there are some things that need to be pointed out with Cyber Power PC. When I first recieved the computer everything seemed to run fine. About a week later I started getting all sorts of blue screen errors. Believing it was simply a wierd Windows issue I first spent quite a bit of time with Windows support. Affter dealing with Windows they determined that it was a hardware issue. So I emailed Cyber Power to get support for the product. They offered almost no help via emailed so I ened up calling into their support line. The guy who helped me helped me figure out that the issue was either a RAM stick was bad or loose. It turned out to be a loose RAM stick and everything was working fine after that. A few months after fixing that issue I started getting ntoices that I was out of HDD space. I didn't install all that much so I knew something had to be wrong. In fact, I had only installed 200GB and the machine was supposed to come with 2 TB. So I called back into Cyber Power Support and they had me dig into the machine again. After being on with support for awhile I had found that the HDD was not being found by the system. There were some minor scratches on the outside of the HDD but nothing crazy. It was also not fastened into the machine, so it was just basically laying on its side. I made note of that on my call with the tech. So they had me unplug and remove the harddrive and send it into their tech support for repairs. Upon recieving it they sent me a message saying that they would not repair the HDD unless I paid for the repairs because the unit had scratches on it. Scratches that were there when they sold me the unit!! The guy also accused me of never mentioning the scratches. So basically, they are calling me a liar and collecting some extra cash on a system that I spent almost $1600 on, that has not worked properly out of the box since purchasing it. Honestly, I don't care about the money in getting this fixed. It comes down doing the right thing in customer service. This company does not care about their customers at all. While the PC seems fine when it works, the hassle you'll be put through if something goes wrong and you need their help is not worth it. I will never buy another Cyber Power PC product again. I will also steer my friends and family away from them as well.

      Dear Valued Customer,

We are deeply sorry to hear of your experience. We have taken a deeper look in to this matter. The scratches on the drive however do not appear to be minor. They reside on two areas on a side of the HDD. each area has a large collections of scratches which go deep in to the HDD and the PCB. As stated in the warranty, which is viable to the public, any items received with any physical damage is not covered under our warranty. At this time we have one of our representatives working with you to address with matter with the options we provided. you can always give us another call if you wish to discuss it further.
