Went in the store to buy my son his first gaming PC and not one employee offered to help me. Found an employee and asked a question and got a short answer and no help. Went online in the parking lot and searched the website found what I wanted to buy then placed rh order. Got the PC home and the Glass case is broken. PC works great, but disappointed that it's broken. I didn't buy their extended protection plan so I'm stuck with a broken $1500 PC. What a terrible experience for a company I have always held high in regards to service and product availability.

Ordered the system online from BestBuy.com. The system arrived on time BUT when i turned the system on I could not login to the system. It has some kind of default user account with a password already on it. Called Best Buy and they said i had to contact CyberPower to fix issue. I called CyberPower and it was the worst customer experience EVER. I explained what happened to the CybetPower technician and he flat out said there's nothing they could do and that the OS would have to reinstalled and that I would have to download and install it myself! What the hell do i know about installing a computer OS??!! That is why I paid so much for a prebuilt system with everything setup so all i had to do was plug it in and play!! Ended up getting brother who is a PC Tech come over and fix it for me. After it was up and running it was great but to pay so much money and not be able to play once you plug it in, was a terrible experience.

This thing is pretty enough but it seems quirky too. When I start it up it sometimes does not recognize the keyboard. I had no trouble with my old computer and the keyboard in question so I have to assume it's the new comp. It also seems to be slow in opening games that maker claimed run fine. My grade is a low c and I should have spent a few dollars more on a better equipped model.

Computer has crashed right after using and continues to crash. Reached out to Best Buy - most unresponsive and sympathetic company ever in existence. My son has been in tears with his Christmas gift. Best Buy will not do anything I am in the middle of contacting the BBB and will come back if anyone responds or shows any care or concern. No word or help from CyberPower worst PC company - STAY AWARE BUYER BEWARE IN MY OPINION!!!!!

So I had really high hopes for this PC and after a LOT of searching, comparing, reading reviews, etc I decided this was what I was going to upgrade to from my previous HP omen gaming laptop. So without getting too in depth… this thing can’t even run Warzone without hard crashing the entire PC (randomly restarts the os mid game). Happens at least once per game. I even set all the graphics settings to their lowest and it still crashes. I’ve done a LOT of researching on why this might be happening. Most likely due to the piece of crap PSU they used (Apevia 850). I’m not willing to start replacing stuff and voiding warranties when I bought this thing like 3 days ago for $1600 plus tax. Like this is a freaking JOKE to me. Warzone isn’t even graphics intensive as a game. It can be demanding but not in terms of graphics. So out of the box this thing comes with problems you have to go figure out yourself. That is absolutely ridiculous. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CYBERPOWERPC AGAIN! Don’t bother telling me to contact you guys about this. I’m returning it today for another brand. Maybe stop using crap cheap components you can find. You guys know this is a problem and don’t fix it.

The purchase of the PC was great. The transfer of my files from my old PC to this new cyberpower pc was a total. disaster. All my files on my oldpc disks were lost or destroyed. Some of them were for an upcoming presentation I couldn't place in the cloud. I asked for my old drives after I discovered the issue and was given an SSD not my drive and a 1T drive. I believe the drive with my files was discarded. Lost $1000.00 in my work for a deadline due the next week. I will never trust Greek Squad again.

I don’t know what’s going on with this pc.. I haven’t gotten to use it since I bought it. I sure hope yall are not charging us customers for defective products

Right out of the box, it was overheating 104°C! Pulled the cover off and who ever put it together, failed! The CPU water pump was plugged into the wrong header on the motherboard. I Fixed that. Still getting 8 flashes on start up. We'll see what Geek Squad says today, when i take it in for repairs!!

This PC was a great deal, however, I'm now going to be rerturning the second version of this. Both, after a week of use just freeze or lock up. I have to do a hard restart. This morning, it locked up, i restarted, it locked up again with-in 10 minutes. I wasn't even using it. So dissapointed.

The pc was missing the power cord , I reached out to Cyber power pc. The hoops I had to prove purchase on a 1,000+ pc ridiculous! They wanted screenshots of the receipt and the modem/keyboard that I did receive. They follow-up with wanting a picture of the missing items. Fast forward after finally get the pc power up it instantly started to crash! Not wanting to turn on or stay on. I ran right back to best buy to return.

Pc looks good and organized well but most of my games black screen and the pc would fully restart and would have to open my apps in safe mode. Havent had a full day without my pc crashing or black screening

Terrible quality. Broke down after 2 weeks. Stuck at reboot screen, which requires a wired keyboard to reboot. But who carries around a wired keyboard these days??? Isn't the fact that it broke down after 2 weeks an indicator in itself about the lousy quality? Don't buy!

Returned item after 4 days. Hours spent trying to troubleshoot/reconfigure/reset and reset, with constant freezing, random shutdowns, and headaches. In theory, a great price for what you are supposed to receive.

Bought this for a friend. Lots of issues out of the box. Random BSOD and restarts at the desktop and while gaming. Tooks several days of BIOS/Windows Updates to get the system remotely stable. For this much money it should just work out of the box.

$1600 waste of money. After three months I attempted to activate the secure boot feature, which then resulted in the display no longer connecting. Geek squad couldn’t help and I know have to pay to get it fixed. Big hassle for a PC that hasn’t even been used much, go with something more reliable.

Games mostlt crash and i cant even play a game for more than an hour. Every game keeps crashing. Will return this and not buy it again

Two weeks gone PC not received . No refund received . Nobody responsible . No one knows whereabouts . Very frustrated . Please help any one see this

Excellent Gaming PC for the Price! By Jeremy T I’ve had my CyberPowerPC for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. It came ready to go out of the box, and setup was quick and painless. The specs I got included an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 — and it runs all my games (like Warzone, Apex Legends, and Elden Ring) on high or ultra settings with smooth frame rates. The RGB lighting looks amazing and is fully customizable. It also stays surprisingly cool and quiet, even under heavy gaming loads. I also appreciate that there’s room for future upgrades — the case is spacious and easy to open. Only small downside: the keyboard and mouse it came with are basic, so I upgraded those. But for the price, this machine is a beast. Definitely recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a solid prebuilt gaming rig without breaking the bank.
