The pc was missing the power cord , I reached out to Cyber power pc. The hoops I had to prove purchase on a 1,000+ pc ridiculous! They wanted screenshots of the receipt and the modem/keyboard that I did receive. They follow-up with wanting a picture of the missing items. Fast forward after finally get the pc power up it instantly started to crash! Not wanting to turn on or stay on. I ran right back to best buy to return.

Kept freezing up on me. Not sure, but after looking at other customer reviews and google AI. Seems like cyberpower is known for faulty components or wiring in their pc builds.

$1600 waste of money. After three months I attempted to activate the secure boot feature, which then resulted in the display no longer connecting. Geek squad couldn’t help and I know have to pay to get it fixed. Big hassle for a PC that hasn’t even been used much, go with something more reliable.

Returned item after 4 days. Hours spent trying to troubleshoot/reconfigure/reset and reset, with constant freezing, random shutdowns, and headaches. In theory, a great price for what you are supposed to receive.

Bought this for a friend. Lots of issues out of the box. Random BSOD and restarts at the desktop and while gaming. Tooks several days of BIOS/Windows Updates to get the system remotely stable. For this much money it should just work out of the box.

Games mostlt crash and i cant even play a game for more than an hour. Every game keeps crashing. Will return this and not buy it again

Two weeks gone PC not received . No refund received . Nobody responsible . No one knows whereabouts . Very frustrated . Please help any one see this

Excellent Gaming PC for the Price! By Jeremy T I’ve had my CyberPowerPC for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. It came ready to go out of the box, and setup was quick and painless. The specs I got included an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 — and it runs all my games (like Warzone, Apex Legends, and Elden Ring) on high or ultra settings with smooth frame rates. The RGB lighting looks amazing and is fully customizable. It also stays surprisingly cool and quiet, even under heavy gaming loads. I also appreciate that there’s room for future upgrades — the case is spacious and easy to open. Only small downside: the keyboard and mouse it came with are basic, so I upgraded those. But for the price, this machine is a beast. Definitely recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a solid prebuilt gaming rig without breaking the bank.

It does its job very well, I have no complaints. Also, I love how when the PC goes into sleep mode the RAM sticks glow.

Recently picked this computer up for black friday and what a deal this thing was. Comes with 1 year warranty on it from factory and is a beast of a pc!

I've had this pc for 3 weeks now. im not a tech guy that's why i bought a prebuilt. Worked great for first 4 days then it started to freeze. Tried every scan and update i could nothing worked. Every trouble shooting said it seem to be a driver issues. Did a reinstall of every thing it worked for a few days and started freezing again. Called customer service got confusing help to either pay to get it looked at or return it. Few days ago it did some updates while turning on and hasn't froze since. (2 days)

Just unboxed and set it up. It's an excellent option for first gaming pc. Faster and works well.

Computer was esay to setup and it was packaged safely to ensure nothing broke.

Has all the specs i was looking for. Great and very fast pc.

PC seems solid, i was setting it up and it seems to run what i want for games. My only complaint was that the instructions are not correct which came with the box. The two screws to access the glass case are not actually there and the glass only slides off instead.

Loved the easy set up. Great quality build and good value.

Salesmen was extremely helpful spent over an hour with me to help decide which items to purchase
