Very good deal, seems solid, used about 200 hours, added 32 gigs more memory, system is stable enough, however Windows 11 and programs running on windows 11 do not seem stable.

I love the PC, but I think I got a defected one. Spent 1700 on it. And for that price, I don’t think I should be dealing with any of the problems I’m having now, every game crashes after a while on steam and schedule one shouldn’t be one of them,. And im glad i got the best sub because i really think i have no choice to switch it out for something else. Im honestly shocked. Because i dont know if its cyber power brand or Best Buy itself is the reason. But all the crashing ruined this build. Watching all the different errors on the event viewer idk only had it going on 3 weeks and its been a nightmare because of the crashes

No eternal speakers, spent hours with geek squad trying to get it fixed remotely. Still not fixed. I received sound with my Bluetooth connected and or headphones. Have a 4 PM appointment today to try to get it fixed. Ultimately, I believe they are just gonna swap it out for me. Sucks that this was a Christmas gift for my son and we have to take it back already.

The motherboard and Bluetooth and wireless driver were completely not working when I purchased it. I had to return.

This is an upgrade from a custom rig I made over 5 years ago, and so far I love it. The only complaint I could say is the start-up instructions are wrong...getting the case off took some online investigation as the instructions were for a different model. Beyond that though, it's a great machine! Set-up is incredibly easy and I'm loving the power behind it. The fans are quiet and the RGB lights are fun to watch, but easy to shut down. Upgrades such as additional storage and extra RAM will be easy to manage.

Just unboxed and set it up. I downloaded destiny 2 and ran it immediately. I was getting 160 frames out the box, but probably more since thats the max for my monitor. Still need to figure out how to do RGB for the fans, but everything was connected and works as it should!

This is my first gaming PC. Computer runs smoothly. Love the lights. The computer sits on the floor so I can't hear any fan noise. Easy setup. I use it to record video game play and so far it runs smooth and no issues. I did get another mouse as I don't like the loud clicking but that is just me.

Great computer and value for the Black Friday price! Easy installation and set-up. Pairs great with the AOC 27" 180hz curved screen. Fast and quiet and handles high-end games without hesitation. Yes, there's higher end gaming computers out there, but you will pay double or more than this one, so lots of bang for the buck here!

Have had the PC for a few weeks so far, runs great and has been plenty of power for new titles and old titles. Runs games at max settings and with high frames with ease. PC came in with a bent outwards sidle panel and a fan that had a defect with the lighting and cyberpower is sending replacements for free. Would recommend for a starter PC.

This is an awesome gaming system, plenty of storage and ram, graphics are amazing, great value for the price. This is a replacement for one from the same company and that was a great buy, too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful unit. Fast quiet. Well built. Bigger than my old micro tower case but that leaves a lot of room for future projects. Don’t like Windows 11 yet, but that’s a learning curve thing. Everyone likes the light show which can be modified or turned off if you like.

Unboxing was a tax but overall its is a good device so far

This PC is amazing and so powerful. I bought it because I needed another PC to use for work and also game with. Was very easy to set up and the RGB lights add so much to this! Love that it has both WiFi and Ethernet options and so many USB ports to connect all my devices to. Cant wait to see what else this Beast can do.

The pc is amazing. It's super easy and simple to set up, and it runs really smoothly. Games download fast and runs even faster. W pc overall.

To give you real world specs, this bad boy is pulling over 127 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 @ 4K Ultra Settings using 4x Frame Gen and 85+ without Frame Generation. I bought this for my wife, after having an issue with a different PC, which the power supply had gone out in less than 60 days, but that unit only had an 8GB 5060. A power error in our favor, costing only 100 more for 8GB of additional GPU memory. (HUGE) Having built my own PC with a 5080, I was truly blown away and how much output this 16GB 5060 card had, both in comparison to my 5080 and the very sad 8GB 5060 she had before. I gotta be honest, my wife ended up with a really great gaming PC, and I haven't touched the BIOS. This purchase was worth every penny. This 16GB 5060 will make you doubt what you think you knew, its quite the rig.

It worked perfectly out of the box. It’s the fastest computer I’ve ever had. Plays wow at max settings with no problems.

I purchased this CyberPowerPC from Best Buy and overall I'm happy with it, but the initial setup was more frustrating than it needed to be. Out of the box, the operating system seemed a bit corrupted or unstable, so I had to spend extra time repairing/resetting Windows before I could really start using the system. Once that was sorted out, the PC has been running great and handles gaming and everyday multitasking very well. The other big issue was the instructions for removing the protective foam from inside the case. The included guide appears to be generic and did not match my specific case or side panel design, so the directions to remove the panel were basically useless for this model. It took extra time and research to figure out how to safely open the side panel and pull out the internal packaging, which could be confusing or risky for someone new to PCs. Once everything was set up correctly, the system has been solid: good performance, clean build, and it looks great on the desk. If CyberPowerPC improved the OS image quality control and provided model-specific instructions for removing the internal foam and opening the side panel, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

I purchased this as my first gaming PC. So far the PC is fast with great graphics, I especially enjoy the RGB lights in the system - easy to control in settings. The graphics card is great with an above average 16GB and plenty of Ram at 32GB with and ample 2GB Solid state drive.
