Best Buy literally cannot handle video game orders DO NOT ORDER GAMES FROM THEM they will delay your order, lose it and even hang up on you when you try to get help with their support number. this all happened to me. They claim you'll get the game on day 1, I've been waiting for 2 days now while everyone I know has been playing :/
