Had Justin and Jeff Install remote starters in 2 of my cars in Merrillville Best Buy. Did an awesome job and showed me all the options for my starter system would gladly come back anytime for all there great help and customer service!

What a great job Geek Squad performed!!! I installed the camera myself some years ago. The wire kept falling etc. I took the car to Best Buy / Geek Squad, and within about 1 hour - instealled, all wires hidden - very professional job.

I have not had a recent experience with Best Buy staff that was great until this one. Sarah and Anthony made this wonderful from my initial purchase to finished install. Wish they would have called to tell me the install was going to take an extra thirty minutes but otherwise great

My install rep was professional and courteous. I was a little worried about the install due to my car being a hybrid, but it didn't seem to be an issue with the rep. Only negative, there really isn't a waiting area at the BB that i had it done.

Makes turning on your vehicle & checking on its security easy when you're not within range. I was in NYC & my car in Seattle. Was able to turn it on & ensure its security with ease all from my cell phone. And the yearly subscription is at an excellent price!

After install, walked me through all the components and explained how they worked and why they were installed where they were.

I had to schedule a second visit to have my remote starter install completed because of a problem with my vehicle. I walked in and was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day. They scheduled 45 minutes but it was done in about 20.

The installers did a great job. Explained everything. Just wish I would have spoke to them prior to buying the product. MY ADVICE- talk to the installation staff before deciding to purchase. There was an extra $50 in charges and $120 in fees for the next 3 years.

This install seemed to go well. I bought a remote start kit for my car, and a free standard install was included. The car took a little less time than anticipated, I got the right amount of instruction for my purchase. It was part of the sale price, so overall, I'd recommend it.

I expected them to tell me I needed all these separate add ons since it was a deal of the day. Only got me for one which I'm still skeptical about. But he did a good job didn't leave a mess. Took a lot longer then I think it should have almost 5 hours

Having read some reviews of local Geek Squad installation problems with poorly done work, I was very hesitant at first with getting installation done. Of course, not all Geeks are created equal. So far so good, and install time was less than quoted.

This is my third item installed at my local Best Buy and I have always left satisfied. My vehicle has always been ready on time and I have had no problems. Techs spend the extra time to explain functions and make sure you understand items installed.

I was hesitant about having the remote starter for my daughter's car installed at the store but the guys at the Braintree store were so nice and knowledgeable. They were able to get my car in and out way ahead of schedule as well! Great experience!

Great experience dealing with the Buckhead and Cumming stores. Install guy was top notch. Horrible experience dealing with the customer service on the phone for best buy. Geek Squad was not bad on phone, just regular customer service.

Getting up and having to start the truck in the cold weather was not fun every morning. I love the idea of starting it up while I am still getting ready to leave, and going outside to a warm truck. It saves time when you have frost on your windshield.

Johnson S. is the best installer ever! He hooked up my remote start for my Hyundai Veloster. Got the job done super fast. With this part, he gave me the ability to remotely start my car using my factory key fob. Great installation!!

I forget the guys name but he was excellent! I had issues with Best Buy's online ordering. If it wasn't for this Technician I would outright quit shopping all together with Best Buy! The kid deserves a raise!

My local Best Buy (Menomonee Falls, WI) has a great team of guys in the auto installation department. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't speak for the other locations but I've been very happy with this crew.
