I dropped off my truck at 10 am and picked it up 5pm . I had keyless entry installed and remote start . The tech was very professional he took the time to show me how to use it . I am very happy with the service is received

Several reminders via email and a phone call a few days before. They called the day of because they had no shows, so i got in earlier than expected and it only took 2.5 hours! Very friendly and professional!

The techs informed me that certain things couldn't be added to my car security system, so they saved me some money. Honest with me instead of just saying "yes, we did that". Very much appreciated!

It's nice to come out to a warmed up car in the winter or a cooled off car in the summer just by a push of a button and leaving your climate control on. This unit makes that happen with a push button start car.

The tech had all the necessary parts to complete my request. Install was handled in a professional mannerr. Only request is that they would have had a small waiting room instead of a hard chair in the bay.

i would advice not going to the n. chas. location for your install. the employee lies and ships you to other locations. install tech at summerville location was wonderful would recommend him everytime

Over all the experience was OK, everyone has to start somewhere I just didn't like being the Guinea Pig. I was one of this Technicians first solo installs when I returned 6 hours later to pick up my truck there where 3 technicians working on my truck. My dash was cracked during the install but they offered to replace the broken piece for free. I had to schedule another visit to finish the install but I was pleased with the commitment and dedication of the technicians to insure that I had a good experience.

My experience with the installer was excellent. He explained every single thing he was going to do and the job was as clean as it can be done.

Awesome alarm system now I can finally sleep at night now I don’t have to worry about waking up to my truck being gone

I have not had to use it so far but I think it's great especially since its free for total tech members.

The installers were running a little behind, but once they got my car in they were done in less than 15 minutes. They showed me how the drone mobile device worked and got me on my way.

I was so happy with my decision to get my car starter installed at best buy!!! Cheaper than anywhere else and was so amazed with the service, friendly staff, and fast and great installation.

Almost need to be within sight of vehicle. Does not work in buildings heavy with concrete & steel. Remote batteries do not last long, maybe 3-4 months at best.

The install guy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He completed the install in a shorter than anticipated time and provided me with a demo of the starters operational procedures.

The installer was great! There was an issue with the original alarm and the installer quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a time to replace the unit. Great service!!!!!!

Installed during a cold period. Worked Awesome. My husband Loved getting into a warm vehicle. I originally purchased for my Saab suv but they could not install on my car, so gave to my husband.
