    extra 39.99 charge is out of price for this

    I feel 39.99 is out of price to charge to hook up another option with the remote start unit if you are already installing and doing all the wiring to charge 40.00 to set up a auxiliary unit i think that's just over prices

    Don’t use Best Buy to install. Beware!!!!!

    Definitely don’t let these guys install anything, I bought the $200 plan and have been back over 20 times to get the same thing working right. They still couldn’t get it right and refused to refund the install money. They also damaged panels on the dash and I bought an expensive viper system that has never worked to this day. I wish the company could of stepped up in this matter. Beware!!!!

    Terribly difficult to get install within a reasonable timeframe. Called many times to ask questions about the install leading up to my eventual appointment and nobody picks up the phone. Installers were pretty unfriendly once I got there. They told me that things couldn't be done as part of the install that I later found out should have been possible by the manufacturer. I'm also fairly confident the install wasn't done correctly. Avoid best buy install at all costs, even if the bundled package with a product seems attractive.

    Took almost two months to get in and get it installed, and there was only one tech doing the installations so he was constantly having to stop to answer calls and talk with others walking in.

    The install team quoted us to install the system to include the trunk relay and lock/alarm. Had to go back to adjust , they set the sensitivity so when you touched the car it went off and then the trunk wasn't set up and they wanted more money. Not happening, will not buy anymore products that need install . The customer service lacks severely.

    Had to wait a few weeks to get installed. The person who sold it to us did not tell us we needed both keys for installation. The person in the install department that set up appointment didn't tell us. We had to drive back home an hour away to get extra key. Manager of installation department was not apologetic. He said that is what happens when you buy from someone in another department.

    Geek squad technician first complained about the type of remote starter that I purchased and then said it would be an additional $33 after I had already paid for installation. Vehicle remote started for 3 days and now lights only blink when you try to start the vehicle but it doesn't start

    The agent worked on my car and got one of my fob key he supposed to give me back my 2nd key but until now I call the store every time you guys just say Matt is not here. Please I need my 2nd key It's RAV4,2019 Toyota key

    The first time I went to pick my car up, they said the job was done. It was halfway done and some options still weren't installed yet. I had to leave the car for another day.

    Geek squad installer charged extra for what

    I am not sure what is This charge was. They charged this fee as part of the starter installer. Then the guy told me I have to pay 25 dollars more for hooking the system up to my door locks. Very unfair.

    Have to put key in ignition and turn over for clicking noise to stop before alarm goes off. Have less than 20 seconds to do after pressing disarm button.

    After making 4 different reservations. Geek squad cancelled ALL of them and never installed product. DO NOT RECOMMEND
